Dr Stepan Stepanenko is the Director of Research at the Forum for Foreign Relations; director, Forward Strategy Ltd. Stepan was also the Honorary Secretary, Conservative Friends of Ukraine and member of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Belarus Coordination Council, the representative body of the Belarus opposition. Stepan is a British Conservative Party Campaigner and stood as a Conservative Party candidate in Council elections.
