Todd Aarons is a professionally trained chef who made aliyah in 2015. Starting his career as a chef in non-kosher kitchens in Italy, France, New York City, and San Francisco, Todd has been an innovator in kosher cuisine since creating Tierra Sur at Herzog Wine Cellars in California.
