Yana Tartakovskiy is an aspiring law student and a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut. Born and raised in New York City, she was raised as part of the Russian-speaking Jewish community, as both of her parents are immigrants from the former Soviet Union. She is passionate about Jewish student advocacy and writes to inspire current Jewish college students to combat antisemitism by making their voices heard and creating a seat at the table for themselves.
