Yasmin Rubin Cooper, Director of the Drawing the Lines initiative in Sheatufim, is a certified social-organizational psychologist, and has extensive experience in social change, strategic planning and promoting partnerships. Yasmin serves at Sheatufim as the Director of Collective Impact in the field of Domestic Violence. In previous positions Yasmin served as professional manager at Shatil (New Israel fund) – an infrastructure organization for civil society – and as human resource manager in the School for Leadership Development in the IDF. Yasmin led numerous projects, developing knowledge, tools and methodologies for creating social impact, and has broad experience in consulting, training and capacity building for managers, teams and partnerships in the public and social sectors. She holds a first degree in psychology from the hebrew university, a second degree in social-industrial psychology from Bar Ilan university, and is the graduate of a group facilitation program.
