Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s Winston Churchill

“Some people like Jews and some do not; but no thoughtful man can doubt the fact that they are beyond all questions the most formidable and the most remarkable race which has ever appeared in the world.[“Zionism verses Bolshevism.”]

THE PRIME ISSUES

[1]Prime Minister Netanyahu and his spokesperson have frequently committed to the following 3 objectives for Israel’s 5th military campaign in Gaza over the past 75 years: The release of hostages [not the 1st time]; the elimination of Hamas—–and the assurance that Gaza will no longer pose a threat to Israel citizens.
[2] Haaretz Opinion–, Yes, Netanyahu really is like Churchill—Just as the British maintained a democracy in Westminster and a military dictatorship in India, Israel maintains a democracy in the Knesset and military rule in the west Bank.
[3] The Jordanian civil war of September 1970, also known in the Arab world as Black September, was an attempt by the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and the more radical Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) to topple Jordanian King Hussein and seize control of the country.
[4] Peace in Our Time” is a declaration made by British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain during his speech in London on September 30, 1938. Winston Churchill challenged him and led the Allies into WW2, eventually winning the war.

It was Feb.18th, 1920 when the Illustrated Sunday Herald released, “Zionism versus Bolshevism – A struggle for the Soul of the Jewish People” by no less than the Re. Hon. Winston S. Churchill. He is known as the Prime Minister who led Britain in the war against Nazi Germany.
To the mammoth task of defeating Nazi Germany, Churchill brought to bear many of his special qualities: courage, perseverance, independence, physical and emotional resilience, superb writing and speaking skills, and a keen sense of history.

Churchill’s observation; the conflict between good and evil which proceeds unceasingly in the breast of man, nowhere reaches such intensity as in the Jewish race. The dual nature of mankind is nowhere more strongly or more terribly exemplified. We owe to the Jews in the Christian revelation a system of ethics which, even if they were entirely separated from the supernatural, would be incomparably the most precious possession of mankind, worth in fact the fruits of all other wisdom and learning put together.

On that system and by that faith there has been built out of the wreck of the Roman Empire the whole of our existing divination. There can be no greater mistake than to attribute to each individual a recognizable share in the qualities which make up the national character.

There are all sorts of men—good, bad and, for the most part, indifferent—in every country, and in every race. Nothing is more wrong than to deny to an individual, on account of race or origin, his right to be judged on his personal merits and conduct.

In a people of peculiar genius like the Jews contrasts are more vivid, the extremes are more widely separated, and the resulting consequences are more decisive.

In violent opposition to this sphere of Jewish effort, rise the schemes of the International Jews. The adherents of this sinister confederacy are mostly men reared up among the unhappy populations of countries where Jews are persecuted on account of their race.

Most, if not all of them have forsaken the faith of their forefathers, and divorced from their minds all spiritual hopes of the next world.

Terrorist Jews: There is no need to exaggerate the part played in the creation of Bolshevism and in the actual bringing about of the Russian Revolution, by these international and for the most part atheistically Jews; it is certainly a very great one; it probably outweighs all others. With the notable exception of Lenin, the majority of the leading figures are Jews. Zionism offers the 3rd sphere to the political conception of the Jewish race.

Bottom line – Churchill favored Jews and hence he described different types as above. His choice of war over peace, despite the formidable opposition, who preferred “peace for our time.”

“But if, as may well happen, there should be created in our own lifetime by the banks of the Jordan a Jewish State under the protection of the British Crown, which might comprise 3 or 4 millions of Jews, an event would have occurred in the history of the world which would, from every point of view, be beneficial, and would be especially in harmony with the truest interests of the British Empire.”

Disraeli, the Jewish Prime Minister of England, and Leader of the Conservative Party, who was always true to his race and proud of his origin, said on a well-known occasion:”The Lord deals with the nations as the nations deal with the Jews.”
What of today?

On May 6, 2011, the Jewish Press published, “A History Lesson from Netanyahu Senior.” by Rafael Medoff. There was a moment during his recent swearing-in ceremony when the new chief of staff of the Israeli army, Lt.-Gen. Benny Gantz, could not hold back his tears.

That moment came when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu turned from the familiar generalities about army service to a very personal subject: the contrast between the suffering Gantz’s mother endured during the Holocaust and the national triumph her son’s career symbolizes.

What the audience did not know, however, was that there was also a personal element on Netanyahu’s side. Seventy years previously, Netanyahu’s farther, the scholar and Zionist activist Professor Benzion Netanyahu, authored a stirring Passover eve proclamation likewise anchored in the themes of Jewish victory in the face of unbearable persecution and the ability of the Jews to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles.

Prof. Netanyahu’s words offer one last lesson to take with us from this year’s [2011] Passover holiday:
“When your mother was liberated from Bergen-Belsen, she weighed just 28 kilograms [62 lbs], the Prime Minister noted. “I am certain that at that time, she never dreamed that 66 years later her son, yet to be born, would be the 20th Chief of Staff of the army of the State of Israel, the Jewish State. Perhaps she did not dream of such a thing, but it has come true before our eyes.”

“I am the son of the Jewish people’s chain of generations “said Lt.-Gen. Gantz, making it clear, in his remarks at the ceremony, that he appreciated the historical significance of the journey from Bergen-Belsen to Jerusalem, from Jewish weakness and homelessness to sovereignty and independence.

Professor Benzion Netanyahu’s lead editorial in each issue of Zionews typically dealt with the latest Palestine-related political developments and controversies, not something from the Jewish calendar. “Thousands of years have passed since; new slavery, hatreds and persecutions followed our race into every corner of the world.”

Netanyahu also recalled how the Jews were “uprooted [by the Romans] from free and independent Judea to be slaves.”They were beaten and killed by the Cossacks of the Ukraine. The “Russian pogromists shed our blood like water.” ‘The Arab effendis have proclaimed a holy war on us.” And “Hitler and Mussolini have started a march of extermination against us.”

“This year we are still slaves— next year we shall be free men.” “It is a great hope,”Prof. Netanyahu concluded. “It is a great spirit of a great nation. Only a nation of our spiritual caliber could come through the ages of unparalleled sufferings with its spirit unbroken; still alive; still striving for liberty. Next year we shall be free men.”

But, in the end—-one day the son of Prof. Netanyahu would appoint the son of Mrs. Gantz to lead the army of their nation!!
Benjamin Netanyahu’s judgment in persisting the maintenance of the war effort until Hamas was absolutely defeated; was simply because we were now facing the enemy for the 5th time. Hence this must be a conclusion.

On 12 Nov, 2023, Times of Israel posted, “Netanyahu: We’ll defy the world if needed, to defeat Hamas; PA can’t run Gaza after war.

Netanyahu is a known admirer of Winston Churchill.

Since Iran and its brand of radical Islam has become universal, spreading its wings throughout the world, while being less understood, an explanation by an expert is included for readers.

Marziyeh Amirizadeh is an Iranian American who immigrated to the US after being sentenced to death in Iran for the crime of converting to Christianity.

She endured months of mental and physical hardships and intense interrogation. She is author of 2 books [the latest, “A Love journey with G-d] public speaker, and activist for religious freedom. She has shared her inspiring story throughout the United States and around the world, to bring awareness about the ongoing human rights violations and persecution of women and religious minorities in Iran. She can be reached at www.Marzisjourney.com.

Her, “A cure for the Islamic regime malignancy” posted on Feb. 5, 2024 should be brought to the attention of Biden, Blinken, Bernie Sanders, Adam Schiff, Yair Lapid, George Soros, ‘The Squad’ and all useful idiots.

She commences, “Iranians, Jews, Christians, and even Muslims around the world are suffering from a malignant cancer for decades. The name of this malignancy is the ‘Islamic Republic’ which 1st appeared in Iran in 1979. A fanatic Muslim, Ayatollah Khomeini and his radical followers infected a whole country, taking all Iranians hostage for 45 years, and spreading their illness all over the world.

Western leaders should destroy the Islamic regime’s infrastructure in Iraq and Syria to stop them from shooting their missiles and empowering their proxies. They need to block the regime’s abilities to thrive and expand, whether by land, sea or air. Western leaders must cripple the regime, stand with Israel, and then support Iranians to eradicate this cancer once and for all. It may be essential, and even good strategy that the West should target and destroy Iran’s nuclear sites and the IRGC infrastructures inside Iran too.

Her conclusion: If we do not eradicate this cancer now, Americans and Europeans specifically will pay the price fighting against this malignancy in their home countries. It is time for western leaders and the churches to wake up for the sake of their own nations and faith before it is too late. May G-d save us all from this evil.

As Benjamin Netanyahu had stood alone in the recognition of Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weaponry, she can rely on him
.
On June 13, 2021, the Jerusalem Post published “We must recognize Netanyahu’s Achievements, despite his flaws – Opinion.” “ He is a human being with faults and failings, but he is also someone who has dedicated his life and career to the Jewish State and has achieved an impressive list of accomplishments. The Post lists them.

Times of Israel –Netanyahu: We’ll defy the world if needed to defeat Hamas; PA can’t run Gaza after war. The leaders in charge of directing Israel’s war in Gaza vowed Saturday to soldier on with the grinding military offensive aimed at vanquishing the Hamas terror group, pushing back at international pressure to slow down or halt it, and pledging to ‘stand firm against the world if necessary.’

In a joint press conference, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Minister Benny Gantz rejected mounting international criticism over the civilian costs of the war, urging Western leaders to throw their support behind the Jewish State since its victory would mean victory for the entire free world as well.

Did Churchill not do likewise during WW2?

For weeks now the media has registered Biden’s pathetic attempt to have Netanyahu change course and, of course, he failed.
