Celebrating 18 years in Israel with Gratitude and Growth
A couple of weeks ago we celebrated our 18th Aliyah Anniversary in Israel and we’re so grateful for the extraordinary life we’ve built. Our decision to move here was a mix of dreams, hope, excitement, and lots of anxiety too. Looking back, we can confidently say that it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Our journey has been filled with an abundance of blessings, following our passions, exploring our beautiful country, connecting with amazing people and lots of growth and appreciation along the way.
We’re so proud of our kids for the dedication and resilience they showed throughout the years. From young kids they’ve all matured into outstanding, responsible and mature adults that we’re so proud of. Each one of them, exploring their passions while contributing to our beautiful country, the jewish nation and the world at large.
Throughout our magnificent country we’ve created everlasting memories while floating in the Dead Sea, tubing and banana boating in Eilat’s Reed Sea, enjoying family BBQ gatherings in Tiberias, sailing on the Kinneret or relaxing by the beach in Herzliya. Each adventure has united us and filled our hearts with joy.
Our journey led us to our dream home in Jerusalem. A place filled with love, joy, and cherished memories. A home that is filled with Torah learning, laughter and passing down of our values. We’ve celebrated life cycle milestones here, from Bar Mitzvahs of our children to engagements, weddings, and the immeasurable joy of becoming grandparents.
Living in Israel has provided us with incredible opportunities to pursue our passions. For me, it was the opening of Sandy B Interiors, a design studio in Jerusalem. Having the privilege of helping families design their dream homes in this beautiful land has been a true blessing and a source of immense fulfillment.
As we celebrate our 18th anniversary of Aliyah to Israel, we are grateful for the abundance of blessings that have graced our lives. Every day in this beautiful country has been a reminder of hope, joy, and the potential for growth. We are deeply grateful for the experiences that have shaped us and the wonderful people we’ve met along the way. Our hearts are filled with enthusiasm for the adventures that lie ahead, and with gratitude in our souls, we look forward to many more years of love, joy, and fulfillment in the land of Israel.
Here’s to life – L’Chaim!
