Crime Without Punishment

One can freely acknowledge a victorious success in President Donald Trump’s achieving a semblance of ceasefire between Israel and Iran, while challenging his poor judgment in scolding Israel. In refusing to punish today’s Hitler he demonstrated an obvious weakness. Early on Ayatollah declared “Death to America.” Does Trump suffer from memory lapse?

Avi Abelow’s “Iran Ceasefire Update” provides a detailed response to Trump’s ill chosen crude behavior. He recognizes that the war hasn’t ended, not in Gaza, not in the north, not with the hostages still rotting in Hamas tunnels; and not with a genocidal Islamic regime in Tehran still standing.

The morning thereafter, one woke up to devastating news that 7 more holy IDF soldiers had been killed in Gaza. Even as the headlines look upon the ceasefire as a celebration, “our holy soldiers” continue to die in combat “in a war that we must win on all fronts to protect ourselves.”

Jerusalem Post June 28, 2025, Khamenei claimed “ victory over Israel, and the US in a recorded message released while in hiding. “With all the clamor, with all those claims, the Zionist regime under the blows of the Islamic Republic, has almost collapsed and been crushed,” he said. Further, he congratulated the people of Iran for what he called a “decisive victory.

According to him , the US gained nothing from the war and also received a “slap in the face” adding Iran could take action whenever it deemed necessary, warning should any aggression occur the enemy would definitely pay a heavy price. The Islamic Republic won and in retaliation dealt a severe slap in the face of America.

In the words of President Trump, “ I was shocked to hear that the State of Israel, which has just had one , and it its Greatest Moments in History, and is strongly led by Bibi Netanyahu, is continuing its ridiculous Witch Hunt against their Great War Time Prime Minister. Bibi and I just went through Hell together, fighting a very tough and brilliant longtime enemy of Israel, Iran and Bibi could not have been better, sharper, or stronger in his LOVE for the incredible Holy Land.

Any one else would have suffered losses, embarrassment, and chaos! Bibi Netanyahu was a WARRIOR, like perhaps no other Warrior in the history of Israel and the result was something that nobody thought was possible, a complete elimination of potentially one of the biggest and most powerful Nuclear Nuclear weapons anywhere in the World and it was going to happen, SOON!!

We were fighting literally, for the Survival of Israel, and there is nobody in Israel’s History that fought harder or more competently than Bibi Netanyahu, Despite all of this, I just learned that Bibi has been summoned to the Court on Monday for the continuation of this long running. [He has been going through this ‘Horror show’ since May of 2020—Unheard of! This is the 1st time a sitting Israeli Prime Minister has ever been on trial] , politically motivated case, ‘concerning cigars, a Bugs Bunny doll, and numerous other unfair charges’ in order to do him great harm.

Such a Witch Hunt, for a man who has given so much, is unthinkable to me. He deserves much better than this, and so does the State of Israel. Bibi Netanyahu should be CANCELLED IMMEDIATALY, or a P a great pardon given to a Great Hero, who has done so much for the State. Perhaps there is no one that I know who could have worked in better harmony with the President of the United States, ME, than Bibi Netanyahu. It was the United States of America that saved Israel, and now it is going to be the United States of America that saves Bibi Netanyahu. THIS TRAVERSTY OF ‘JUSTICE’ CAN NOTBE ALLOWED!!

John Bolton’s tenure in various Republican administrations, particularly his role as National Security Advisor under President Trump, is often discussed in the context of the lessons learned from 9/11, especially concerning the use of military force and the nature of threats to national security.

Bolton, known for his hawkish foreign policy views, has frequently advocated for a more assertive and interventionist approach to international relations, a stance that has been both praised and criticized in the context of 9/11’s aftermath.

Some argue that Bolton’s views, particularly his emphasis on preemptive action against perceived threats and his skepticism towards international institutions, are a direct response to the failures of intelligence and response mechanisms that were attacks. For example, terrorist attacks on the scale terrorist his push for the invasion of Iraq in 2003, based on the belief that Saddam Hussein possessed weapons of mass destruction, was framed as a necessary measure to prevent future terrorist attacks on the scale of 9/11.

This perspective aligns with the idea that the US needed to be more proactive in addressing potential threats before they materialized, a lesson some believe was learned from the failure to prevent the 9/11 attacks.

However, others criticize Bolton’s approach as overly militaristic and detrimental to long-term US interests. Critics argue that his policies have led to costly and destabilizing interventions, and that a more nuanced approach to foreign policy, one that prioritizes diplomacy and international cooperation is necessary . They point to the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East, in part fueled by the invasion of Iraq, as evidence that Bolton’s policies have not achieved their intended goals and have, in fact, created new challenges.

He has also been a vocal critic of the Obama administration’s foreign policy, particularly its engagement with Iran and its approach to the Syrian civil war, arguing that these policies have emboldened adversaries and weakened US influence.

At the end of the day, what assurances prevail to prevent another war? What strategy is in place to secure a safe future. While a ceasefire has been agreed upon, it’s not accurate to say the war between Iran and Israel has truly ended. The recent conflict, which concluded with a ceasefire on June 25, 2025, is more accurately described as a phase of hostilities that has been described as a phase of hostilities that has been temporarily halted, according to the Institute for National Security Studies.
The underlying tensions and issues remain unresolved, meaning the potential for future conflict still exists!!!

Besides the Egyptian -Arab proposal for ending the war, which was presented in April 2025 and was not discussed by the Israeli government, what else? There are a few governments who feel that the aforementioned proposal should serve as a basis for negotiations. If so, Israel should insist on the following demands: the disarmament of Hamas and the assurance that it will not be able to rebuild its military.

In order to end the war in the Gaza Strip, it is necessary to ensure the return of the hostages, that Hamas
will no longer rule the Strip and will be dismantled of its threatening military capabilities against Israel, and that a joint Egyptian-Israeli mechanism be established to prevent its rearmament.

Daniel Greenfield is an Israeli born journalist, columnist and investigative writer with nearly 2 decades of experience. He is widely recognized for his focus on topics such as Islamic terrorism. He has authored, “Iran has been at war with the US for 46 years” on June 20, 2025. It is inclusive of the shear brutality, savagery and disgusting cruelty, which pervades Iran. A few extracts follow:

“America can’t do a damn thing against us,” Ayatollah Khomeini bragged while holding our hostages.

Previously, the Carter administration had undermined the Shah’s government in favor of the Islamist regime which has harvested an ongoing threat of terror and war against the world over the past nearly 50 years.

It was the Islamists who seized power in 1979 and then prevented the Tehran embassy’s Marine Guards from defending the facility and the people inside against the Muslim “student” groups who claimed to be coming in peace.

The ”peaceful” student activists took over the US Embassy and held the Americans hostage. By the end of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Iranian IEDs alone had accounted for as many as 1,000 American victims.

In 1983, Iranian- backed terrorists set off truck bombs in Beirut that killed 220 US Marines and 21 other service members. Mohsen Rafiqdoost, Khomeini’s bodyguard who helped found Iran’s IRGC terror force, boasted that “both the TNT and the ideology, which in one blast sent to hell 400 officers, Ncos and soldiers at the Marines headquarters, were provided by Iran.”

The Biden administration assured the media that it had nothing to do with the Israeli strikes. Over the decades, Iran’s Hezbollah proxies took dozens of American hostages. Some were released after months or years in exchange for concessions, while others were killed.

In 1984, Hezbollah kidnapped, tortured and killed CIA station chief William Francis Buckley, whose identity the terrorists learned from classified documents seized from the embassy in Tehran. Buckley wast transferred to Iran and tortured there, before being returned to Lebanon. Videos distributed by Iran’s Jihadists showed him in agony.

“Buckley was close to a gibbering wretch. His words were often incoherent; he slobbered and drooled and, most unnerving of all, he would suddenly scream in terror, his eyes rolling helplessly and his body shaking.”

Once again, America did not do a “dam thing.”

In 1985, Hezbollah hijacked TWA Flight 847. One of the terrorists was Imad Mughniyeh who had also interrogated Buckley. US Navy diver Robert Stethem was beaten and kicked to death before his body was dumped on the tarmac. “They were jumping in the air and landing full force on his body. He must have had all his ribs broken,” Uli Derickson, the stewardess, described. “I was sitting only 15 feet away, I couldn’t listen to it. I put my fingers in my ears, I will never forget. I could still hear. They put the mike up to his face so his screams could be heard by the outside world.”

Instead of sending a message and holding Iran and its terrorists accountable, the US made a deal to have Israel free hundreds of Jihadists.

In 1996 Shite terrorists backed by Iran bombed the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia killing 19 American service members, but Iran was also pursuing other options, including a new Sunni terror group.

Al Qaeda built a relationship with Iran. The 9/11 Commission noted, “Iran facilitated the transit of al Qaeda members into and out of Afghanistan before 9/11 [with the aid of Soleimani, later taken out by Trump] and ”Al Qaeda members received advice and training from Hezbollah.”

After 9/11, some Taliban leaders relocated to Iran to fight America, By 2010, Iran was paying $1.000 for each American soldier killed and Iranian IEDs were claiming American lives.

After losing in Afghanistan, Al-Qaeda relocated much of its operations to Iran. No matter how much politicians and social media influences may insist that we’re not at war with IRAN, we canot forget that the ISLAMIC terrorist state has been at war with us for 46 years of kidnapping, terrorism, torture and murder.

As recently as 2023, IRAN and its terrorist proxies continued murdering American soldiers and contractors including Scott Patrick Dubis and US Army reservists Sgt. William Rivers Specialist Kennedy Sanders, and Specialist Breonna Moffett in 2024.

For the 1st time in two generations, the smirks have been wiped of their murderous faces.
