Donald Trump, Terrorism and Trauma

As an American citizen I am terrified to be in the United States right now. There I said it. Everyone can read my words. I don’t have to keep it a secret anymore.

I go back and forth about writing anything more then I already have when it comes to Donald Trump and his pseudo Republican Party.

I question myself — when should one remain silent or speak up? We all need to be asking ourselves when will our silence end up harming others? How many more people need to be murdered by ICE before you as an individual come out of your shell and speak out?

I often ask myself if making my views public will make me a target of insane people more then I already have been. I will admit that I am fearful of publishing my words in a public forum. I have a legitimate fear that Donald Trump and his goons will retaliate against me, since I do NOT stand behind the atrocities they have been creating.

We all must be aware that you are not alone in believing that Donald Trump is attempting to terrorize American citizens. Donald Trump is also looking to terrorize and dominate the entire world.

Many world renown mental health professionals believe that Donald Trump has an antisocial personality disorder. An individual who is a sociopath, gains pleasure out of causing other people pain and suffering.  Meaning Donald Trump is a danger to others, and should be treated as one.

There is not much difference between Donald Trump and Charles Manson. Both lead deadly cults. Both manipulate others to do their dirty work for them. Remember Charles Manson never tortured or murdered anyone himself. He got others to do it for him.

At this time in my life I’m not in a position to show up in person at rally’s, or be in crowds of people. I accept and embrace my limitations.

We all must decide what we can and can’t do, and embrace our decisions. It’s also always ok to change your mind. Just remember once you say things publicly, you can never take them back. Choose your words wisely.

We are living through a terrifying time in history. Each person needs to listen their own personal inner voice, along with trusting your gut. It’s important to talk to grounded individuals, those you would trust with your life. It is important to share your thoughts and feelings. Doing so helps to keep yourself level headed. Acting violently out of rage is NEVER the answer.

Go where you want to go. Be who you want to be. Do what you want to do, as long as you can do these things without jeopardizing your life or those you love.

Be the best version of yourself you can be, and hug those you love. Tell those in your circle of friends and family what they mean to you. This is not the time to keep your thoughts and feelings to yourself. Sharing helps to keep you mentally healthy, also helps deter regret.

Most important, don’t forget to be proud of who you are and give yourself a hug too.
