First legal victory against Lithuanian Nazi monuments
Today, I won the 1st stage of proceedings against Holocaust denial of the Lithuanian Government at the United Nations Human Rights Committee. After 10 months, my complaint is declared admissible.
On April 8, 2019, I took a sledgehammer and destroyed the memorial plaque of Nazi criminal Jonas Noreika (Holocaust name “General Storm”). I was sentenced to 3 months of prison for that. I escaped. I sued Lithuania, and now the United Nations declared that they have competence to consider my complaint.
At the 1st stage, the UN ask questions and express doubts. At the 2nd stage, Lithuania will lodge its Nazi defense.
I had the right to destroy that Nazi monument because it was hanging in front of the Old Jewish Cemetery, on which Lithuania is building a conference center with a parking right now.
On the 10th day after the destruction, the Lithuanian Neo-Nazi mayor Remigijus Šimašius restored the monument, and now the United Nations’ judicial body will evaluate who was right.
Captain Jonas Noreika (aka General Storm) is responsible for murdering about 14,500 Jews from 22/06/1941 to 17/03/1943. As a Nazi governor of the Siauliai Region, he signed the orders to establish the Zagare Ghetto, and to imprison all Jews and Half-Jews there. He signed the orders to nationalize Jewish property, the orders organizing slavery labor of Jews, lending them to different businessmen before killing them. He wrote a letter to the Lithuanian Minister of Interior (General Counsellor) asking to provide him 1,181,660 rubles in order to establish the Skaistgiris death camp. The Noreika’s death camp project included 40 ovens to burn people.
Moreover, Nazi criminal Jonas Noreika ordered to imprison all USA, UK and French nationals if they would be found in Northern Lithuania.
The Lithuanian Government will defend its Holocaust perpetrators by mobilizing all its efforts, since two Holocaust denying parties, Homeland Union (Lithuanian Christian Democrats) and the Freedom Party, won the 2020 legislative elections.
Their führer is Gabrielius Landsbergis, great grandson of Nazi minister Vytautas Landsbergis-Žemkalnis. This particular Nazi minister was responsible for establishment and administration of the prison officially called “Jewish Concentration Camp” in 1941.
This is why the Homeland Union, the Freedom Party and the Lithuanian Government love the Nazi criminal Jonas Noreika so much.
