Every day, we’re bombarded with headlines, hashtags, protests, and polarizing takes. Whether it’s on your feed or in your family group chat, it seems like everyone has an extreme position. The silence of some is seen as betrayal. The speech of others, seen as dangerous.

You can feel it in the tension during lunch breaks. In the nervous glances during Zoom calls. In HR’s growing inbox of “someone said something” messages. People are walking on eggshells.
