Grilled Lamb Chops with a Balsamic Glaze
Grilled Lamb Chops with a Balsamic Glaze
If you love lamb you gotta try this recipe. While this recipe calls for lamb there is no reason not to use a young goat. Ask your butcher about goat chops. Both are really terrific.
8 – 2 inch thick Kosher Lamb (or Goat) Chops ( You will have to ask you butcher to cut these.)
1 tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbs. Honey
1 tsp. dried Rosemary
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Directions
Preheat the grill.
Prepare the baste by combining the vinegar, honey, garlic powder and rosemary. Grill the chops for 2 minutes each side, then brush with the baste and continue to grill a further 3-5 minutes each on side. Baste the lamb liberally. Serve with a fresh salad, potatoes, a green vegetable and some fresh bread for a complete meal.
