Happiness Frequency and Life Force
What does frequency mean? For musical minds it is a magic number, and it recently came into my awareness. If you You tube happiness frequency, beautiful music options pop up. I love to use this calming and subtle music in my Yoga classes. I like it to be a background sound that does not interfere, and if the mind starts to wander, it will catch it. I honestly just like the name, and do not understand it musically, but why not tune into this powerful, vibrational force? When you google 432 hz, you will be flooded with the most fascinating benefits, everything from physical health to mental health. Many popular songs, especially calming ones have this frequency, by artists such as Enigma and Enya. I was in awe of the lunar eclipse in the video above. There is so much beauty all around us, and I am fascinated to witness and explore. There is nothing better than my natural high and being fully present to experience the miracles as they unfold right in front of my eyes.
It is interesting that the word frequency is also a measure of time. I love the double entendre, how one word can have multiple meanings. Life Force is another phrase that keeps on appearing in my life, from Torah to my spoken word, and how someone described my natural high! Do you understand the deep meaning of life force? It is one of the three ways that we exist in this world. The first is light from our creator, and number two is when we are infused with life force, as long as we create a vessel, a space for the light to come in. The third is energy or strength, action in this world as we bring down the light to everything around us. We are in the month of Elul. Let go and let God, you can meet him face to face, and face yourself. The King is in the Field. These are all deep concepts of this month, but the most important one of all comes from one of my favorite teachers. Yehudit Garmaise shared this quote:
The Heart of Elul
“The most important thing to do in Elul is to feel Hashem’s love.”
~ R’ Yitzchak Breitowitz
I wrote the above inspirations before I headed out for errands yesterday. I was waiting for the bus and my husband called and said there was a terror attack at a bus station. It was in Jerusalem, but on the outskirts, so I just went on with my day, had to get groceries. A lady on the bus told me about the attack, and how she was at that station earlier that day. Once I was on my way home, I saw a post about the injured, one was a young woman, eight months pregnant. I could not hold back my tears, older Rabbis and young students died. We mourn and grieve, but we keep living. We had plans to go to the Kotel, the streets were full, and there was a beautiful ceremony inducting new soldiers. Our soldiers have my heart, they give us peace, strength and protection.
