Has the IDF gone soft in the head?

Of late, I keep reading about unauthorized people, terrorists, thieves, and/or spies entering IDF military bases to steal ammunition and arms.

The latest successful entry is a breathtaking one: someone driving through an open to a most critically important base that houses the much-vaunted F-35 aircraft and other key aircraft and getting out by climbing a very high fence: clearly not an amateur type, I would say.

How long will it take for the IDF Chief and high brass finally not only to really figure out that bases must become and remain impenetrable and more importantly make them so for sure, before sleeper agents of the Mullahs, Hamas or other such lethal types get in there and do a job on Israel?

Let us pray it will be very fast.
