Honesty, The Path to the Next Generation.
As we sit on the other side of a prediction, the attempted assassination of Donald Trump, let us take a brief history lesson to gain some clarity. In recent times we have seen this current story unfold over the last couple of years, the way the media spoke about him and how the government led a large group in the minority of this country to seeing him as Hitler. As a Jew, I understood that their rhetoric was only true to the point that Trump was on the right, like Hitler’s party, while they were on the left, which means they were clear of that accusation. It was clear to see how the liberal agenda, that has gone out of control, was more likely to be compared to the Nazi party. No empty words from Biden would ever convince me that Trump led a coalition of ultra extremists.
Truthfully, it was quite the opposite. As I grew up I would constantly hear moaning from business people in NY city, complaining about the rules and regulations that the mayor signed into law. Their compliance with organizations like OSHA, the Fire Department, Zoning and Building Departments. Their complaints weren’t that these precautions are unnecessary, rather, their problem was that they didn’t get the bang for their buck. “If experts deem it necessary, who am I to argue? But once I see the misuse of funds and notice the corruption of Pay for Play, how can I just sit idly by knowing that it is my hard earned money that is ultimately lining those people’s pockets?” Those were the issues of the adults I grew up with, but the sun of a new generation has risen and it is demanding answers and transparency.
I know a guy who dealt with an HOA maintaining his community housing affairs. They charged a minimal amount for the basic necessities like insurance for the playgrounds, gutter and street cleaning, gardening, and public electricity. They were fair and a well-meaning board of homeowners banded together to run it with everyone in mind. The community’s needs grew and they requested that a Rabbi be appointed to lead in their community center. But as time went on, people regretted their decision and stopped paying him his monthly dues. The HOA, feeling as though their commitment to the Rabbi couldn’t be voided, felt it right to impose this fee upon its homeowners and raised the monthly fee.
This guy in the story had an issue with this. Claiming that if a majority or even a small percentage of homeowners feels this to be unjust it would require a board meeting that would lead to resolve the issue. But no such meeting took place. Taking matters into his own hands he communicated directly with the Association and told them that he would refuse to pay the additional fees until there is transparency in the way the money is spent. I want to read the By-Laws and see if this is legal, especially that this is something that I do not want in my community. No bad feelings toward the Rabbi, simply, my money would be spent better elsewhere. Long story short, well-meaning and all always leads to a lawsuit.
The question is, how honest are people with themselves? Are they ready to admit to themselves at any point in their life that they may be wrong? When they see that their neighbors don’t speak to them anymore, will they ask themselves where they’ve gone wrong? Or are people stuck in their ways by resisting anything that challenges their way of life? Checking in on honesty is important because everything in your life hinges on it. Can we assess any situation without honesty? The honest truth is what you live on; what you honestly like is what you eat and what you honestly feel is how you react.
The spectrum of honesty goes from top down. What type of person am I and where is the line I would never cross, all the way down to what flavor ice cream I’ll choose. We can easily tell a person’s personality on how they portray themselves and along with that knowledge we can assess their traits and probable actions. Our judgment only sees the cup but we can’t properly assess its contents until we dip our finger in. We can’t judge people completely on their appearance but we do get a glimpse into their lives as well. People who read faces, body language, and handwriting use a similar approach to understanding the traits of the man and the possible pattern that led them to this point. You need to be intuitive to read an entire story based on the image in front of you.
All people in this world walk around portraying themselves to the rest, we try to put on our best show or just don’t give a flying hoot for anybody’s opinion of us. There are all types of people each with their own life and talents, but after all of that individuality, we still feel the need for connection and community. We mingle, make friends, spend time and learn to live together in order to shine our talents on the people we wish to share them with. Some people find love within them for all of humanity while some find a duty to their country. Some are connected strongly to their families while some are to their careers. Each on their own finds their own neighborhood of connection, seeking out like-minded individuals to be able to express themselves and be understood.
Each community has its own personality and being part of it means that you portray that behavior all throughout your life. Joining a community of gang-bangers would probably lead one to a life of crime, tattoos, and motorcycles, which would be portrayed to all who see them. The same is with religion; we adapt to that lifestyle and act accordingly. The dress code is noticeable from afar and their specific demeanor is expected. “How worthy is a nation that portrays beauty to the world!”
The religion the left of America is currently worshiping is one of conflict and deception. Their pro-abortion stance will be argued as the humane path, while at the same time pushing the gender agenda which is a large reason for our toppling birth rate. Are you pro-everything in life, but life itself? Their pro-war stance means pro-killing, without getting into the conversation of justifiable wars which should be carried out swiftly with faith in our God, the definition of war means that people will get killed. You are pro-war and anti-gun? You are pro-war and at the same time anti-border? You say you are pro-democracy and are weaponizing the justice department? It’s no wonder how we got here, when the city of NY was corrupt we already knew of the lies, but now we can see it out in the open with no shame at all. And if leadership is willing to lie and cheat they are probably okay with a murder as well. Are they finally willing to wake up and make the right decision? Will they check their honesty gauge and see if their values are simply physical or do they transcend? Would it be the near-death of a leader that will finally make them see that they’ve spiraled down the wrong path? Let’s wait and pray.
With so many in the American culture living conservative lives with traditional values, we can already feel the shift in the environment. This may be the biggest fight the left and their religion is up against, and only with a sharp eye on the prize will a strong people emerge once again. May our God bless America and protect President Trump.
