As I watch the events that are transpiring in Israel, I cannot help but weep. It is horrific. Men, women and children being murdered in their homes. A grandmother kidnapped and taken to Gaza. A 6-month-old taken into Gaza. The thought of this happening are unreal. But it is happening.

Now is the time for people to stand up and voice your support for Israelis. I have many friends that live in Israel. Their stories are heartbreaking. Israel is a relatively small country. Every one of my friends knows someone who has been killed, someone who has been kidnapped or knows someone who has lost someone. The whole country is in mourning.

Israel is responding, as they should. I don’t want to hear about how the response is too big, or Israel has better weapons. Hamas and the Islamic Jihad need to be eradicated out of Gaza. That is the only way peace will happen.
