Intersectionality: Nazism in 21st century dress?
No Longer Knowing Our Left From Our Right?
A most bizarre and unprecedented socio-ideological phenomenon is taking place in the world today. Namely, that large swathes of the political far-Left have embraced a racial/cultural hierarchical doctrine as pathologically discriminatory as those racial ideologies associated with the most heinous movements of the far-Right.
I refer to the insidious political doctrine of intersectionality
How Did Intersectionality Begin and Evolve?
Ironically, intersectionality started out as an academic framework for understanding how overlapping social identities such as race, colour, class, gender, sexuality and level of ability combine to create unique and complex forms of discrimination and privilege. That remains its self-definition today
However it has now evolved to create a politically charged, pernicious and doctrinaire reverse-discrimination where those sections of society deemed the most oppressed or victimised must be unconditionally vindicated while those deemed the most privileged or powerful must be unequivocally disrespected and execrated. Truth and falsehood no longer matter. All that needs to be evaluated are degrees of perceived power and victimhood.
Hierarchical Anomalies
Far-Right movements are known for privileging Caucasians above other races and viewing men as innately superior to women. The rich are empowered while the poor are downtrodden. Disability is often pitied or even scorned.
Far-Left advocates of intersectionality will therefore relegate rich, white, high-ability, heterosexual males to the very bottom of the “respect” heap while placing black/indigenous, lesbian/transgender women on a pedestal of infallibility.
What About Conflicting Hierarchical Claims
Far-Right movements will tend to discriminate more in matters of race than those of gender, Thus, white women would rank above black men in the hierarchical chain.
Far-Left intersectionalists, faced with the challenge of taking sides between, say, the claims of transgender ‘women’ seeking to compete against biological women at sports tournaments and the pushback of feminists against this, will side with the trans-women over the feminists. They will also tend to favour black men over white women. Thus intersectionality will generally prioritise sexuality-discrimination over gender-discrimination, and colour over gender.
Where Do Jews Fit In?
Now we come to the sordid nub of the issue.
Nazism serves as a prototype of the 20th/21st-century Far Right. For Hitler y. sh. Jews were the archetypal subhuman race. His loathing of Jews surpassed his hatred for Blacks, Slavs, gypsies and homosexuals. In his vile, twisted mind, he saw all Jews as conniving, cunning, crooked subversives leeching on the pure, Aryan population of Germany and taking their jobs. Under his watch, a third of world Jewry went to their deaths.
For left-wing intersectionalists, one would think that a tiny, vulnerable, global demographic of 0.2% of the world’s population, smaller than the margin of error in a Chinese census would rate at or near the top of their pyramid. But when that demographic possesses the name “Jew”, despite its unsurpassed historical baggage of persecution, oppression and victimhood, it invariably falls to the very bottom of the pack
In other words, the far-Right as exemplified by Nazi Germany, and the polaric far-Left, as embodied by intersectionalist doctrine, agree on one thing: Jews are to be reviled more than any section of society on the face of the globe.
Is It All Jews Or Only Certain Jews That The Intersectionalists Despise?
Intersectionality is a binary doctrine. There are no nuances. Jews are classified as whites – no matter that 20-per-cent-plus of Jews aren’t. They are regarded as rich notwithstanding that around 20% of Jews in the USA, Australia and Israel live below the poverty line. In Germany the below-poverty-line figure among Jewish pensioners (aged 67+) which makes up 77% of the Jewish population is a staggering 90%. Jews are assumed to be privileged, notwithstanding that instances of violence against Jews globally have dramatically multiplied in recent years. Half of UK Jews say they feel unwelcome. 91% of American Jews and 78% of European Jews report feeling increasingly less safe. And being a Jewish woman, you are no better off on the intersectionality scale than if you are a Jewish man.
Do Intersectionalists Distinguish Between Zionist and Non-Zionist Jews?
I shall cite two recent examples – unimaginable even five years ago – which would indicate that they do not.
Grace Tame
In February 2026, Grace Tame, a former “Australian of the Year,” was filmed at a rally in Sydney leading chants of “From Gadigal to Gaza, globalise the intifada!” (Gadigal is the Aboriginal name for the Sydney CBD.)
This hate-fuelled phrase calls for violent uprising against Jews throughout the world. Just as Hamas were not interested whether the Jewish women and men they raped and held captive on October 7th were advocates of Otsma Yehudit or the anti-Zionist Jewish Voices for Peace, Tame’s call for a global intifada would, if acted upon, target all Jews of all stripes anywhere.
And when, the following month, Tame refused to believe the testimony of the Hamas victims of sexual violence – most of them women – despite being herself a victim of rape and having proclaimed the intersectionalist canon that “all women must be believed”, she too was not remotely interested in the fact that many of the victims who had attended the Nova festival were left-wing advocates like herself. They were not discredited as ‘Zionists’. They were discredited as Jewish women. Her motto: “Believe all female victims of rape – except for Jewish females!”
Scott Weiner
The sordid and humiliating tale of California state senator Scott Weiner is one that should serve as a lesson for all Jewish public figures who, like Weiner, try to distance themselves from Israel and their Jewish roots in order to try to curry favour with the “mob”.
Weiner had been a liberal Zionist. He is also openly ‘gay’ and an advocate for transgender rights. Desperate to retain his Israel-hating homosexual and trans buddies, he buckled under pressure like a coward and labelled Israel’s actions in Gaza “genocide”, pledged to vote against military aid for Israel, resigned his seat as co-chair of the state legislature’s Jewish caucus and backed Palestinian statehood. But it did him no good. Walking into San Francisco’s annual “Trans March”, he was surrounded and hounded out. The “mob” cried out “you ‘Zionists’ don’t belong here anymore”. He was also apparently told “you stopped being queer the moment you started supporting Israel!” (This bears out my long-held contention that the so-called Gay Pride movement is more about subversive, intersectionalist politics than sexuality, and that even apart from halachic considerations no self-respecting Jew should ever be seen at a “gay-pride” event.)
Sadly he is only one of many Jews on the left who have disowned their own history and traditions in order to be accepted, only to find they are rejected and despised all the same. For the intersectionalist brigade, every Jew is either an open Zionist or a closet one!
The Extraordinary Paradox
In the normal scheme of things, one would have thought that the natural nemesis of the intersectionalists would be radical Islam with its subjugation of women and its imposition of capital punishment for same-sex acts.
Yet as we have seen with Grace Tame and others, you can be an outspoken advocate for the protection of women and still absolve Hamas of all crimes against Jewish women and chant, with the radical-Islamists “globalise the intifada!” And as we see with those who hounded a liberal, Jewish trans activist out of a “gay pride” march because he wouldn’t go so far as to call for globalising the intifada, you can tick all the intersectionalist boxes but if you are identified as a Jew you are cancelled and ostracised. Because just like for the Nazis, for advocates of intersectionality, Jews belong at the bottom of the heap.
That is why I have no hesitation in calling out intersectionality as Nazism in 21st-century dress. Just as racist. Just as discriminatory. And just as Judeophobic.
In Conclusion
Intersectionality gripped the so-called “humanities” faculties at universities throughout the Western world years ago. It has now insidiously taken over Left-wing politics Its principal bete noire is Jews and Judaism for which “Zionism” is a cosy code-word.
We have been here before. Just as before, we cannot place our trust in any human ruler. Al mi yesh lehisha’ein? Al Avinu Shebashamayim! On whom can we rely? Only on our Father in Heaven! ::
