Is Candace Owens a Holocaust Denier?
Popular YouTuber Candace Owens has previously accused Jews of controlling the media and defending criminals, but is she also a Holocaust denier?
Candace Owens is one of the most popular political commentators in the world; her podcast is the fourth largest in America, and she has a loyal following of 3.5 million on YouTube.
Unfortunately, although, Candace uses her big platform to consistently spread antisemitic conspiracy theories – claiming that a cult, largely run by Jewish people, controls the media, protects criminals, has kidnapped Christians on Passover, and is trying to kill her.

She has also been accused of denying the Holocaust – but is that true?
As videos are often taken out of context on social media, I try to base my opinions only on what I’ve heard in full. With that in mind, I went to an episode of Candace’s podcast where she spoke about the Holocaust, and listened to her entire monologue.

In this episode, she repeatedly questioned the morality between the different sides in the Second World War; she seemed to be asking, which side acted more morally and which side was fighting for the just cause – giving the impression that she wasn’t fully sure of the answer.
Candace then goes on to ask why German casualties aren’t discussed or taught about that much – but doesn’t make any mention, throughout the entirety of her monologue, of any sadness for the six million Jewish people who were mass murdered
During the Holocaust, an infamous Nazi doctor performed inhumane sadistic experiments on prisoners at Auschwitz, such as murdering and dissecting prisoners, in a horrific pursuit of preserving the so-called German racial superiority. In Candace’s podcast, she discusses some of these experiments only to claim that they “sound like bizarre propaganda”.
The United States defines Holocaust denial as “discourse and propaganda that deny the historical reality and the extent of the extermination of the Jews by the Nazis and their accomplices during World War II, known as the Holocaust.”
According to this definition, Candace probably isn’t a full-blown Holocaust denier – although her one-sided perspective, discussing World War II as if there’s no good side, might be even more troubling.
