So much for it being an LGBTQIA+ oasis in the Middle East
The paper headlines: ‘Israel has over 11,000 at-risk children but no foster homes for them.’
Israeli couples must be half millionaires to afford overseas surrogacy.
Of the 10 million Israelis, at least half a million are Gay men, most of them Jewish, most of them eager to help raise the next generation but not rich.
It should be a human right to enrich the next generations.
With their heightened empathy, Gay parents and teachers are exemplary.
That’s what statistics say. But I can prove it. How many cases over the whole world can you find of sexual abuse by LGBTQIA+ adoptive or foster parents? Zero. Do you know how many are sexually abused as kids by their biological, heterosexual parents? I’ve given therapy to scores of them. Do you realize how much the Internet would blow up from one Gay case?
Blocking them as educators is as idiotic as forbidding women to parent.
The ones really in charge are the social workers, mostly heterosexual women. You can’t call their indifference homophobic. It’s Gay-hatred.
The kids at risk suffer. Gay men suffer. And who cares enough? You?
In related bigotry, Orthodox Jews still don’t feel ashamed to politely reject gender. They keep harping about sex as if they know anything about it.
Such people prove that transgenders must choose their own lives and not wait for the big legislators of Jewish Law until they will finally listen.
Just imagine rabbis telling women what Judaism thinks about feminism without listening to their mothers, sisters, and daughters. That would be unthinkable today. But transgenders don’t receive the same courtesy.
NB: To argue is not to listen. To listen is forgoing your urge to know better.
