Israel Should Withdraw from the United Nations

According to the United Nations:

“The United Nations is an international organization founded in 1945 after the Second World War by 51 countries committed to maintaining international peace and security, developing friendly relations among nations and promoting social progress, better living standards and human rights.”

Since its formation, have any of these objectives been met?

There has never been a time of peace in all of recorded history. Wars have happened between member nations, which is currently happening in Ukraine. Despite both Russia and Ukraine having ambassadors to the United Nations, Russia had no problem attacking Ukraine.

The Ukrainians are not feeling peaceful or secure. They have not since the buildup to the invasion began.

State sponsors of international terrorism, like Iran, sit on the United Nations. Their membership has done nothing to stop a single terrorist action they are responsible for. International terrorism does not bring peace and security to any nation in the world regardless of membership.

Has the United Nations brought on friendlier relations? Antisemites who attack and demonize Israel proves there is no interest in friendlier relations with Israel. The United Nations does nothing to stop anti-Jewish hatred. It is too busy promoting it.

Has there been social progress? Not in places like China, where they enslave almost the totality of their population. Like other tyrants, China’s government brutalizes and enslaves even Chinese children.

Has there been better living standards? Most member nations have not seen that improvement. Tyrants do not want better living conditions for those they brutalize. Healthy populations are a threat to tyranny.

It does not even need to be asked about human rights. Human rights abusers sit on the Human Rights Council.

If the United Nations was going to have any positive change in the world, it would have already happened.

Not one thing has been accomplished by the United Nations. It is time for Israel to withdraw. Enough money has been wasted on a bad investment that has accomplished nothing. Leaving is far better than one Israeli Ambassador after another being forced to listen to anti-Semitic attacks by other Ambassadors.
