‘Jew Season’ — Jewish & Non-Jewish Filmmakers Uniting to Combat Anti-Semitism

The year is 2029.

“None of us ever thought this day would come. Not here. Not in the United States. Not in the land of the free, the home of the brave, equality and democracy. But we were wrong. In a matter of four hours the fate of eight million Jews living in Israel, five million Jews living in the United States and the remaining two million living around the world will be decided. In a matter of four hours both my country, the United States of America, the European Union and the United Nations will officially nullify Israel’s statehood, its right to exist and will forcibly remove all the Jews. Palestine will be declared! And the Neo-Nazi party, the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran will be allowed to destroy each and every Jew around the world. Duck Season is now Jew Season.”  So narrates Jared Barel over the images of the United States Congress, the European Union Center and the United Nations Building.

Jared is a young black man, 33 years old, handsome, personable and well built.  He is highly motivated, full of passion and the leader of BLACKS FOR JEWS – BROTHERS IN SUFFERING, CHAMPIONS IN HUMAN RIGHTS.

And so begins the opening of my online movie, “Jew Season”.

Ten years ago the thought of making a futuristic movie depicting the far fetched notion that the world community would one day gang up on the Jewish State and eliminate it from the Family of Nations and then commence a world wide hunt for every Jew would have been received as the machinations of a fear mongering madman.

But very sadly after ten years of the false and inciting narrative of BDS being taught to college students (and now to high school and middle school children), the massive hidden social media network of ten of thousands of anti-Semitic websites, the rise of Neo-Nazi groups around the globe, the media’s anti-Israel bias, the brutal attacks against Jewish laymen and leaders, the recent massacre of worshipers, the rise of anti-Semitic political parties gaining governmental power in several European democratic states, the recent poll revealing that 19% of small business within the United States that refuse to serve Jewish clientele, the brain washing of even Jewish children to abandon their fellow brethren,  and the infiltration of Muslim Brotherhood ideology and rhetoric espoused by newly elected US congress members threatening to cut off military aid to Israel and comparing US detention centers to Holocaust concentration camps has made “Jew Season” a very plausible reality that can truly come to fruition within the coming five years or decade.

And so what is to be done? How can we change the hearts and minds of young adults who have fallen under the spell of Jew-hatred  and have been brainwashed into actually believing that the destruction of the Jewish nation is a “holy and justified mission to rid the world of the “racist, money grabbing, back stabbing, anti-Palestinian, colonial oppressor, media controlling, global menace and conspiracy” that is Israel and the Jewish People.

Winning hearts and influencing minds is achieved through so many ways: music, song, literature, celebrity endorsements, political and social movements, social media, movies, one-on-one conversations, marketing, art, and a host of other means of communication.

Since the first screening of D.W. Griffith’s race baiting movie, “The Birth of A Nation” in 1915, movies have influenced the masses to riot, hate and even murder. While on the other side of the same coin, movies, such as Steven Spielberg’s “Schindler’s List” have moved people to find the courage to change the world for the better.

The power to influence others in our age has gained unprecedented levels as we are now able to reach others with our smartphones. Nevertheless a campaign to change the hearts and minds of youth and adults who have been already swayed to view “reality” in one particular manner takes determination, effort, creativity and funds.

I have now gathered a select group of writers and filmmakers, both Jewish and non-Jewish, who are committed to combating the approaching tsunami of anti-Semitism. It was only 75 years ago that our 6 Million brethren were hunted down, arrested, placed into cattle cars and sent to be gassed and burned.

Which Jewish family ever imagined in the 1930s that during the coming years of 1938 to 1945 they would be on the run for their lives. That while sitting home, eating dinner, soldiers and neighbors would enter their homes, drag them out to the streets, beat them to a pulp, take them to the city square and then shoot them dead.  Or that their family would be standing on a forked path as a “medical doctor” would be selecting who would be sent to be used as an experimental “guinea pig” and which sibling or parent would be sent to be gassed.

The Ancient Sages of Israel taught us a maxim of life, “Who is Wise? He who sees the on coming chain of events and takes the appropriate actions to avoid disaster.”

Hence the reason for the movie, “Jew Season”.  The online movie will be a dramatic action-thriller set in 2029, as world governments, led by anti-Semitic leaders, who were raised and trained on BDS teachings as teens and young adults, have gained the necessary political, social and economic power to literally “shut down” the existence of Israel, and thus destroy Jewish Independence, and even Jewish survival.

Through an online movie whose story line will be full of twists and turns, present day viewers will come to understand that the next decade, 2019 to 2029, is truly similar to the years of 1935 to 1945.

Though our 6 Million brethren did not have the opportunity to prevent their end, We, as their witnesses and spiritual heirs and descendants must never allow another Holocaust to happen.

The days of straddling the fence are over. It is now time to fight for our existence.

And so, I ask all those who want to participate as a writer, actor, filmmaker, or producer to please join us.

If you are interested in joining this wonderful project, please email at realas48@gmail.com.

Thank you.
