Jewish Society of Ceará Inaugurates Library Honoring David Rosenthal
Last Friday (14), the Jewish Society of Ceará (SIC) in Brazil, celebrated a special moment of memory, culture, and knowledge with the inauguration of its new library, named in honor of David Rosenthal — a tribute to a life marked by dedication, strong ties, and contributions to the Jewish community.
The ceremony brought together family, friends, and community members in a gathering filled with meaning. More than simply opening a space for books, SIC unveiled a place for meeting, learning, and preserving stories — an environment where different generations can discover, share, and keep alive ideas, experiences, and traditions.
