Jewish Terrorists Among Us

The settlement of Yizhar in the West Bank is home to uncouth Jewish youth, a.k.a. the hilltop youth.

They are an uncontrolled band of some 200 terrorists who live in caravans on the high hills adjacent to the settlement. They are not protected by the leadership of Yizhar for their attacks against our soldiers in the IDF but they are well protected from arrests due to their criminal and murderous activities against nearby Palestinian civilians.

Arabs who tend to their gardens on their very own legal land are physically attacked by members of the hilltop youth gang.

Arabs who harvest their olives often find that hundreds of the olive trees have been cut down by young Jewish terrorists.

Arab fields have been set on fire. Arab sheep and goats have been slaughtered. Arab homes have been burned and graffiti hate messages are frequently scribbled on the homes and cars of innocent Arab civilians.

Tires are slashed on Arab cars. Windows are smashed with heavy stones. Cars driving on local roads have been damaged by rocks thrown at their windshields, occasionally killing the driver and front-seat passengers.

The Israeli police find difficulty in arresting the hilltop youth Jewish terrorists whose cowardly activities seek only to drive the Arab neighbors as far away from the Yizhar settlement as possible.

In these horrendous acts, the terrorists are not disciplined nor condemned by the leadership of Yizhar. They are not betrayed by the settlers to the police who come seeking to arrest them.

Our Prime Minister (for the time being) does not allow the army to demolish their caravans. Why not?

Because he needs the settlers in Yizhar who are his strongest supporters.

Netanyahu honestly could not give a damn about how many trees were chopped down, how many fields and orchards set on fire, how many cars demolished, how many tires slashed, how many sheep and goats were slaughtered. He could not care. After all…the victims were Palestinian Arabs !

In pre-state Palestine we also had Jewish terrorists. Their actions were mainly against British military forces as well as local Arab villages.

Actions against the British mandatory forces were cheered by the Jews in Palestine. They wanted to see the end of the Mandate and the creation of an independent Jewish homeland to be called Israel.

But there were also terrible acts of murder by members of the Irgun and Lehi and pre-state Haganah forces. Dozens of Arab villages were attacked and members in the village were shot dead. Israelis need only to remember the mass slaughter of hundreds of men, women and children who were massacred in the Arab village of Deir Yassin, a blot on the morality of our Jewish forces who slaughtered innocent Arabs in their homes.

Yes. We had Jewish terrorists in pre-state Israel. But their actions were very different from the crimes of the hilltop youth today.

Arabs who live in the State of Israel are 100% Israeli citizens entitled to life, liberty and the protection of the State. Those who harm us must be punished.
Civilian families, most with small children, and who commit no offenses against us must be left to live in peace.

I do not write as a supporting friend of Arabs. I write as a Jew and a human being only to condemn my fellow Jews who do not respect the sanctity of human life.

An Arab mother’s children are as precious to her as are the children of any Jewish mother.

Jewish terrorism must come to an immediate end. Jewish criminals must be punished. Settler leaders should be condemned for closing blind eyes to the terrorist youth who live among them.

Maybe Benny Gantz, a military man, can solve the problem which Bibi has failed to do. Im yirtzeh Hashem. Insh’Allah. Please God !

Wipe away the stain on Jewish honor. It leaves a terrible stink on all decent Israelis.
