So, I don’t think that he has some sinister plan of making Jews the fall guys for him – as previous rulers did do.
On the other hand, why do these Jews help such an immoral regime?
Well, in this case, it’s just a handful of people with doubtful morals picked from millions of liberal US Jews who would never vote for Trump because they find him immoral.
So, this is what we answer those who attack (all) Jew for “them” supporting Trump. We say: You can’t blame millions of moral people for a few morally challenged ones (Menuchin, Kushner) whom they even don’t support. Like you can’t blame all US white males for the sins of Trump. Trump’s recent attempt to woo US Jews goes nowhere.
But still, this whole picture is worrisome. A campaign against antisemitism in the US is needed, not because it’s on the rise (but it is). Rather, it’s imperative because you’ve seen nothing yet. The first place to hit abusers of Jews is the Internet. Saying hurtful things about Jews, Women, GLBTQs, Blacks, Hispanics, Latinos, Chinese, those physically, mentally or emotionally handicapped, etc. should be outlawed in the US.
Freedom of the press and speech should not give a license to generalize, stereotype, and hurt whole groups of innocent people.
