I am not a litigious man. In my 59 years of life, I have only sued one entity; the Government of Lithuania. I have sued them demanding truth for my family, and for the Jewish people. I am not requesting a return of their ill-gotten plunder, stolen from their Jewish murder victims. I only want them to tell the truth about the Holocaust in Lithuania. Truth is something Lithuania avoids at all costs.

Silvia Foti, the granddaughter of Holocaust perpetrator- Jonas Noreika, who authored Storm in the Land of Rain: A Mother’s Dying Wish Becomes Her Daughter’s Nightmare wrote an article about nine of my lawsuits against the Government of Lithuania, here:

The judges in all of my cases colluded with the government to manipulate the verdicts. Their own words confirm this:

The government of Lithuania did not defend the legal cases on facts, they sought legal technicalities in order to dismiss the cases from consideration; knowing they could not possibly rule on facts. Lithuania avoids discussion of Holocaust facts at all costs. Jonas Noreika was an apex predator responsible for murdering up to 14,500 Jews. He did not rescue Jews, he murdered them. He is not a legitimate hero of Lithuania, he is a mass genocidal murderer of Jews.

In contesting Lithuania’s official Holocaust deceptions in their Courts, Lithuania succeeded in ignoring all facts from consideration. They dismissed my lawsuits on absurd technicalities. Therefore, their Government “won” in their own Courts.

In her gross misrepresentations referring to Lithuania’s Holocaust “truths”, she states that the Government of Lithuania “won” the cases. This provides us with a clear picture of an admission that the Government’s strategy was simply to make certain the cases were not to be heard.

She concludes her attack piece against Foti with “We have nothing to discuss”. Their strategy was to not discuss at all, it was to avoid. Their Lithuanian Courts ruled on Lithuanian government strategy not to answer a foreign Jew about their genocidal murderer native son, Jonas Noreika. They did win. They won international identification as a country with kangaroo courts, which rules on instruction, not on fact.

The headline in English reads: “Genocide Research Center won the case regarding the certificate about J. Noreika”. Nowhere in the article do they mention that none of the facts of the case were examined.

In the Lithuanian Parliament, their “win” was also discussed. See the video feed below from Parliament. His admission is clear. They rigged the cases.

My case is currently in front of the United Nations awaiting a decision depending on whether it will be heard or not. Holocaust denial, revision, distortion and triumphalism is, after all, not illegal in many countries. Lithuania practices it intensely, widely, openly, masterfully and joyfully.

The case of Lithuania’s Holocaust fraud was denied hearing by Lithuanian Courts and government, instead, it is now being heard by the Court of Public Opinion.

On Yom Hashoah, J’Accuse! was shown on 15min.lt, inside Lithuania, so that ordinary Lithuanians could learn the facts of the Holocaust. It was shown in Italy with Italian subtitles, and at many locations in the US, UK and Israel. J’Accuse! has been accepted into the California State University system as a teaching tool for genocide prevention. Over one hundred film festivals have selected J’Accuse!, and it has garnered awards worldwide, including in Ukraine, India, USA and Cannes.

By the end of April 2023, it is expected over one million viewers worldwide will have been educated about Lithuania’s “win” in their Courtrooms.

The government of Lithuania has responded to the media onslaught about J’Accuse! with two basic defenses:

1. Noreika was “just following orders”. – This is parallel to the Eichmann defense as rejected by every legitimate institution in the world.
2. Noreika didn’t pull a trigger. – Adolph Hitler never murdered a Jew by his own hand. Stalin never murdered a Lithuanian by his own hand. This defense shows how weak Lithuania’s case remains.

The Lithuanian government claims there was no Government conspiracy for Holocaust revision, denial, distortion or triumphalism. Evidence shows otherwise. The Government of Lithuania’s voice is now on repeat cycle “we won in the courts against Gochin”. Mazaltov to them. Their “win” has now become their gigantic loss. The world now sees the Lithuanian Judiciary for what it is.

In her Yom Hashoah message, the Lithuanian Ambassador to Israel, says: “We commemorate the Holocaust not just to expose the perpetrators and their collaborators. Sooner or later guilt can be acknowledged and maybe even forgiven.” This statement appears to be an admission Lithuania has yet to acknowledge their guilt or their falsified history.

In contrast, Lithuanian Ambassador to South Africa made this comment:

In his Facebook statement, His Excellency, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania, Dainius Junevicius, officially denies all of the fraud. Holocaust denial, revision, inversion, distortion and triumphalism ARE antisemitism. Lithuania, by very definition is therefore an antisemitic state.

It was Junevicius himself who helpfully explained to me many years ago, that there are NO monuments for Noreika inside Lithuania. When providing him proof, he responded “those are plaques, not monuments”. Perhaps Junevicius was making a joke, I do not find humor in the Holocaust.

It was also Junevicius who represented the Lithuanian Government when Lithuania signed an international agreement not to rehabilitate Holocaust perpetrators. It was Lithuania’s Holocaust Presidential Commission (the Commission includes foreign academics) who agreed and affirmed his Government’s Holocaust lies. Given his repeated conduct, is there any reason to afford Ambassador Junevicius credibility?

The world now knows the truth. Lithuania’s grand court “win” is nothing but a charade and fraud. How is it possible any legitimate business or government does business in Lithuania knowing Lithuania’s justice system is nothing but a sham?
