Justice Joubran please help
Dear Supreme Court Justice Salim Joubran;
As head of the Israeli Central Elections Committee, the residents of Jerusalem, Israel, need your help.
A polling station in the Katamon area, located in a school at #57 Palmach, is totally unsuitable as a voting location.
Not only are there dangerous external stairs that are uneven, slippery and steep,
but inside there are flights of narrow twisting stairs that also hard to navigate. People trying to go up, often have to stop and wait for those trying to get down.
After getting up the stairs, there is insufficient space for people to line up as they wait their turn.
Voters have complained.
However, nothing has changed since the last election.
If anything the dreadful steps have gotten worse and more difficult for the aging population.
From Tilibisi to Berlin, people were able to vote more easily in this election.
Please Judge Joubran, have your staff find a better location in Jerusalem before the Knesset 21 elections.
Thank you,
