Keep Your Children Safe during the Holiday

Time is of the essence in the days leading up to Passover, so I will make this brief.

Due to the less structured environment of holidays, and the fact that we expose our kids to a far greater number of people, holidays present a more enhanced risk for their abuse.

With that in mind, I encourage all parents to have a refresher child-safety talk with your children and properly supervise them during the joyous Passover season.

Please learn about effective, research-based, child safety education if you have not yet done so, and be mindful that although “stranger danger” is a genuine concern, the vast majority of molesters are family members, and people well known to (you and) your children.
