Salt Those Hamburgers With Fumage Gourmet
With those campfires, we need good salts on the meats. Fumage Gourmet comes out of Central America and ships internationally.

They produce many combinations of sea salt with spices, mixing Himalayan pink salt with carefully selected herbs we discovered unexpected touches of flavor whose very scent transported us to an exquisite gastronomic world.
Recipe For Salted Caramel From Fumage
For 2 persons.
Ingredients.
Pink Himalayan salt fumage.
1 cup of refined sugar.
6 tablespoons unsalted butter.
½ cup cream.
Preparation
Heat the sugar in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until melted. Stir constantly until candy becomes fully liquid and take a deep amber color, being careful not to burn. Reduce heat to medium, add the butter and stir until everything is well integrated. Remove pan from heat.
Add the cream and mix to incorporate all right. Add ½ teaspoon salt Himalayan fumage. Let cool for about 10 minutes. Stored in a sterilized glass bottle.
It can last in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
When serving, sprinkle a few grains of salt fumage Himalayan unmilled on candy.
CASSEROLE EGGS WITH CHERRY TOMATOES, MOZZARELLA ASPARAGUS AND CHEESE With Fumage Pepper
Perfect for Shavuot
For 2 persons
Ingredients
Salt with garlic and parsley fumage.
4 fresh eggs.
6 fresh asparagus.
6 cherry tomatoes.
4-6 slices of mozzarella cheese.
Butter.
Black pepper fumage.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Place two iron pots in the oven.
Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half and set aside.
Wash the asparagus and cut three fingers on the base. If they are too long for the size of the pot can be cut in two.
Cook steamed asparagus for 1 minute approx.
Beat eggs well into two bowls, one for every 2 eggs. Reserve.
Heat a small skillet and add 1 tablespoon butter. Saute over high heat asparagus for 2 min approx. so lightly browned, grind a little salt fumage with garlic and parsley over the asparagus sauté while.
Do the same with the cherry tomatoes.
Carefully remove the pans from the oven. Place 1 tablespoon butter in each pan. Place 3 asparagus lengthwise into each ramekin. Place the cherry tomatoes, add the beaten eggs into each ramekin. Grind a little salt fumage with garlic and parsley over each ramekin and cover with mozzarella cheese evenly.
Bake until they begin to grow, about 5-7 minutes. Turn off the oven and turn on the grill. Brown and remove from oven.
They can be served directly in the pots on wooden boards or unmold on plates.
