By the Grace of G-d

Life … (thoughts during the intermediate days of Passover)

Everywhere

Tiny bacteria
Large sea giants
Birds
Trees

People

We contemplate life that fills the world

We contemplate others

And ourselves

Where we come from

And why

“And you who cleave to G-d, your G-d — you are all alive today.”

About the above poem:

The above verse, from Deuteronomy (4; 4) helps us think about life, and how to achieve it.

Because the true source of life is G-d, Who is eternal and lives forever.

So by cleaving to Him, via fulfilling His commandments, we become truly alive.

When the complete Redemption comes, the preciousness of life will be so much more apparent. Life will become so much more fulfilling. Past generations will rise and become alive. And the rejoicing will be immense.

We will rejoice with G-d. And He will rejoice with us.

May we see it very soon.
