Mamdani to Jews: Have A Nice Tisha B’Av, and Drop Dead

Words matter. They can cut like a knife. And they can rally gullible, foolish, addle-brained, TikTok minions to join the already vile radical Islamic creatures, whom without check, were allowed to infect Western cultures from seas to turbulent seas with their repugnant medieval evil.

And the young imbeciles, distracted by the “cool-looking” Kafiyehs – having a couple years back, been enabled by weak-kneed “free-speech” university presidents along with an infirm US administration, to cluster antisemitic campus tents – become so powerful – even influencing older liberals who should know better – have forced a once-reasonable political party into subservience to the reason everything is so hard for them to cope with the world.

And what has “triggered” this pathetic rabble of malcontents? Oh, sure, Trump, and Maga, and Republicans, and the Supreme Court, and the Senate, and white men, and men, and monuments of George Washington, and stolen lands, and pronoun non-identification, and jails, and rent, and fossil fuels, and cows, and bagels with lox and cream cheese, and gosh, there are so many.

But there is one recurring nightmare for the younger and older wokesters that surpasses them all. Shhh, not too loud now. It’s the Jews. Wait!! Be loud! Scream it from the rooftops in Gaza! Where the useful idiot Queers for Palestine would have a date with destiny, if they organized where the Hamas barbarians rule the streets.

Yes, the world’s oldest hatred is always reinventing itself. Since the beginning of time, demagogues have spewed hatred of the Jews for every problem that has ever existed. Hebrews to Israelites to Judeans to Jews, and to Zionists.

And beyond the Omars and Tlaibs, beyond the Bernie’s and AOCs, beyond Democratic Socialist candidate after Democratic Socialist candidate, and half, half of the Congress, hating Jews has become normalized.

Oh, excuse me. It’s the Zionists. And Netanyahu. Never mind his contenders to the Israeli PM throne would have done the same, or even more. It doesn’t matter. It is still “genocide,” after all.

A fake one, of course. Because had Netanyahu and the IDF wanted to commit genocide, the Gaza Strip would have become a drive-in movie parking lot on October 8, 2023. Now showing, “The Flattening of Gaza – It Took Only Two Minutes.”

So who is the de facto head of this venomous snake?

The chameleon mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani. His warm grin, and cutesy campaign videos – along with his promise to attack the affordability problem with free stuff for all the entitled, jealous, grievance-ridden, chose-the-wrong-college-major-but-now-want-everyone-else-to-pay-off-the-loan leftists – made him the big shot he is today.

And so, trying to prove he is not antisemitic – he only hates Netanyahu, and Zionists, and the IDF, and Israel, after all – the Bibi-obsessed Mamdani wished Jewish New Yorkers a “peaceful Tisha B’Av.”

After having threatened again and again to have the Israeli PM arrested. And after yet again more attacks on Jews and others, by haters given the OK by you, yes you, Zohran.

“See, Jews,” he was probably thinking, “It’s all better now. OK, so my non-stop genocide rhetoric is making you hunted throughout New York and giving more license to others around the world to hunt you down. But I want you to have a “safe” fast too. [He actually did wish a safe fast, if you can believe it.] Be safe, you Zionist dogs. See, I am a peaceful guy. And look at my big grin! How can you not smile too when you see that?”

Oh, don’t get me wrong. The right has its antisemitic trash too, no less repugnant. Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, and others. But they are not mainstreamed (and I hope they never will be). Nor are they currently elected officials at the highest levels of government. (And J. D. Vance? Although, he has very rapidly angered supporters of the Jewish state, including me, I don’t think he is fringe crazy.)

Everyone knows, when it comes to Jew hatred, the lunatics of only one major American party are running the asylum. And even if there are those within who are mortified that the party of JFK and RFK has rapidly become the party of the KKK, the vast, vast majority are cowards, too afraid to publicly, and consistently, speak up. (Thank God for John Fetterman, and a handful of other good party people who refuse to bend the knee.)

You reaped what you blindly let be sown, Democrats. And your fringe has gone from cringe to impinge. Many of us alarmed Jews saw it coming for years now. (I myself had penned several columns about this going back ten years.)

Finally, if you want to destroy yourselves, go ahead, Gezunt a heit. Promise free everything to the “marginalized” mob. But leave us Jews out of it.
