Moving Palestinians Out of Gaza is Both Just and Merciful
G-d is not fragmented. His justice is His mercy, and His mercy is His justice. This is why the prophet Habakkuk can say: “O Lord, I have heard the report of You, and Your work, O Lord, do I fear. In the midst of the years revive it; in the midst of the years make it known; in wrath remember mercy” (Habakkuk 3:2).
Relocating Palestinians from the Gaza Strip is both an act of justice for their perpetration of the barbaric cruelty of Hamas that has turned their social structure into a culture of death and an act of mercy because Palestinians have proven that living close to Israel is, for them, an impossibility. The nearness only serves to stir their rabid, base desires for Jewish blood, which they cannot control. In regards to the Palestinian penchant for shedding Jewish blood, Kipling was right when he said:
As it will be in the future, it was at the birth of Man.
There are only four things certain since social progress began.
The dog returns to his vomit, and the sow returns to her mire,
And the burnt fool’s bandaged finger goes wobbling back to the fire.
…As surely as water will wet, and as surely as fire will burn,
The Gods of the copybook headings with terror and slaughter return!
Rebuilding Gaza and allowing Palestinians to continue living there will only result in the murder of more Jews, as well as Palestinians finding themselves in the same rubble and squalor they live in today because of their propensity for murderous rampages against Jews. The burnt fool’s bandaged finger will always wabble back to the fire, so for the Palestinian’s own good, they need to be moved away from the flame. Palestinian relocation and resettlement elsewhere is a mercy.
The fact that many in the Western world refuse to admit the apparent necessity of this mercy tells me they have already capitulated to the Islamization infiltrating their governments and societies. If there are any moral leaders left in the West, the heinous act of Hamas parading the bodies of two Jewish children, Ariel and Kfir Bibas, and an 85-year-old Jewish gentleman, Oded Lifshitz, before cheering and laughing crowds of Palestinians this week should prove to them once and for all that Palestinians do not have even the minimum of human decency to exercise any sense of civic responsibility to their neighbors. The Egyptians knew this when they ruled Gaza between 1948 and 1967 and did not offer the Palestinians a state. The Jordanians knew it as well when they ruled the West Bank during the same time and did not offer a state to the Palestinians.
When will the West awaken to the truth that the privilege of statehood requires a people to have values at heart other than kidnapping the babies and raping the daughters of its next-door neighbor? Since Israel pulled out of Gaza in 2005, Palestinians have received billions in foreign aid to build a healthy society, and what did they do with all that money? They gave us GoPro films of themselves murdering Jews on 10/7 and built stages this week to raise up dead Jewish bodies for adoring crowds to see. For Palestinians, a ghoulish celebration of the murder of its neighbors is an art form. Ignorant and naive Western governments should realize they have invested their billions in a sickening theater of the absurd. Scandalous!
Add to this macabre and surreal parade of death the fact that Hamas locked the caskets and then gave keys that wouldn’t fit and purposely withheld the body of the children’s mother, Shiri Bibas, replacing it with the body of a Palestinian woman, should inspire righteous anger in any moral human being.
As the world watched this inhumanity unfold, Hamas terrorists from the West Bank were busily planting bombs in buses in central Israel to slaughter more Israeli children. If they had set their timers correctly, we would be mourning the death of more innocent Jewish babies this weekend.
It’s time to create another place for Gazans that is far removed from Israel. It would be a merciful decision for those Gazans who have not embraced the radical idealogy of Hamas. As for the future of Hamas, in all of the monstrous acts they have committed since taking power in Gaza in 2007, they have proven by their behavior to have no regard for a two-state solution. They only have one solution, and that is the continual brutal murder of Jews.
Since its inception, Hamas has done everything in its power to convey to a sleeping world that it relishes being seen as a ravenous wild dog feasting on Jewish flesh—its bestial acts bear this out. It’s time for Western democracies that Islamization has not yet destroyed to unite and act justly to swiftly remove Hamas from the face of the earth because Hamas has made it known it has no desire to be part of humanity. Putting Hamas out of the misery it endures for having to live in a world it will never wholly devour may be as much an act of mercy as it is an act of justice. The only place the leaders and militants of Hamas will ever find solace is in hell. I hope we work together in the family of nations to justly and mercifully send them there.
