This is a time for retrospection.
It’s a time for learning lessons from the past year and making plans for the new.
It’s a time for a ‘New Year resolution’ (or two).
It’s a time to celebrate.
It’s a time to regroup.
It’s a time to take a step back and consider carefully the next.
It’s a time to take a ‘giant’ leap forward.
It’s a time to ‘pay the piper’.
It’s a time to make that ‘piper’ pay.
It’s a time to re-evaluate choices.
It’s a time to admit and face up to the truth.
It’s a time to ignore reality (just for a sec).
It’s a time when the lights shine brightest.
It’s a time when the fireworks make you look up and say ‘WOW’.
It’s a time when ‘Hope’ still exists.
It’s a time to look away from the ‘abyss’.
Until next year, next time, when we all take a breath.
