On Amsterdam

I was born in the Netherlands and remember that in June 1967 practically the whole of the country stood behind Israel.

In fact, my attachment to Israel, which I had not yet visited at the time, became  obvious when my school mates, on that Monday morning, told me that there was war in “my country” while in fact I had always considered the Netherlands to be my country.

The Netherlands is no longer my country. It abandoned me and so did the whole of Europe. The US is not far behind, now that wokism has discovered that being against Israel is a perfect way to hide one’s antisemitism.

I just heard on a report on BBC World News about Lebanon. The BBC reporter stated that the displacement of Lebanese civilians is due to Israel’s attacks on the country and not a word that not a single Lebanese would have been displaced if Hezbollah had not attacked Israel.

Bibi has failed on 10/7/2023 and has failed for more than a year to make Israel safe again, but BzH he, or someone else, will succeed. The future of my kids and grandkids will be in Israel.
