By the Grace of G-d

Once

There was a world that didn’t know itself.

People tried to figure out who they were, what to do, how to make their world better.

But instead they made things worse. Wars pervaded. Corruption was common. People cared more about themselves than about others.

So G-d sent the Jewish people, dispersed them throughout the world, with a message. That there is a G-d in the world. And that He wants people to be morally upright, by following His directives.

Slowly but surely, the message permeated. People took notice of the Jews, especially at how, despite being among foreign cultures, and despite oppression, these Jews remained loyal to G-d. And that made an impression.

Now, almost two thousand years later, the Jewish people continue to make an impression. But now it’s not just because of their adherence to Judaism. Now the nations are impressed at how the Jewish people are dominating, how a power like the U.S. is helping them, and how events are developing in astonishing ways and speed, miraculous events that are highlighting G-d’s protection for His people, and His intervention guiding the world to peace and proper moral values.

Israel has become a superpower, and a light to the nations.

Perhaps we are very close to a time of ‘mission accomplished,’ when the complete Redemption with Moshiach will illuminate the entire world.

May it happen very soon.
