Korach’s End
Numbers (16: 32-33)
The Earth opened up its “mouth” and swallowed
Korach and his followers who rebelled against Moses.
They descended “alive” into Oblivion – Purgatory,
alive but quickly forgotten.
A similar fate awaits those who oppose
the Zaddik of their generation
unless they repent like the children of Korach did.
