On the U.S. State Department’s Instagram account, a picture of Faezeh Hashemi Rafsanjani was posted with descriptions portraying her as an opponent of compulsory hijab. This naive and foolish act, aimed at gaining the favor and attention of pro-government reformists, incited anger and protests from hundreds of Iranian users on social media. The page called Faezeh Hashemi a “defender of women across Iran.”

An advertisement by the US State Department featuring Faezeh Rafsanjani, with the department’s logo.

In this meaningless and insulting post by the U.S. State Department, it was written: “Faezeh Hashemi, an opponent of compulsory hijab, supporter of women’s rights, and defender of her fellow inmates, whom she believes to be innocent, has bravely fought for others’ rights even when her own were violated.

There’s no need for historical judgment, as there are thousands of court-worthy documents showing Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, Faezeh’s father and a former president of Iran, oversaw a series of “terrorist, destructive, and criminal activities” during his eight years in office.

This destructive figure was one of the main decision-makers of the Islamic Republic regime for about 40 years and played a key role in choosing Ali Khamenei as the leader of the Islamic caliphate and religious despotism in Iran and the Shia religious octopus system.

Hashemi Rafsanjani, who was killed in a Russian-style execution by the Khamenei’s gang in December 2016, was one of the main leaders and responsible for the deadly attack on a Jewish community center in Argentina in 1994. ( AMIA)

During his presidency, Rafsanjani appointed Ali Fallahian – a criminal cleric and active murderer – as the Minister of Intelligence, and under Fallahian’s eight-year term, the Ministry of Intelligence, MOIS,  saw a peak in political murders and attacks by the Islamic Republic, especially outside Iran’s borders.

Many human rights activists and political analysts believe Rafsanjani’s role in suppressing parties and opponents in the 1980s, torturing prisoners, and the mass executions of 1988 is undeniable. Yet, Faezeh Hashemi always rejects criticisms of her father. The Rafsanjani family, within the reformist mafia, seeks to dominate Persian-language media abroad. The Montazeri-Khatami-Rafsanjani gang holds sway over all Persian media outside Iran – even those related to the United States – with the goal of preventing any departure from 1979 and the collapse of the Shia cleric structure.

Abroad, some countries like Saudi Arabia seek to interact with and maintain reformists and the Islamic face in Iran. From this Rafsanjani gang, individuals like Ata’ollah Mohajerani and Ali Shamkhani have drawn close to Saudi Arabia. This gang also controls Persian media to influence public opinion inside Iran and has exported a legion of affiliated individuals with the label of fake opposition. For these people, Iran and Iranians are not important, personal and group interest’s matter.

The audience of the U.S. State Department’s Persian Instagram page is naturally Iranians, and most posts on this channel are published in Persian. However, thousands of critical comments against this ugly and insulting action by the U.S. State Department were published but not addressed. Some users wrote that when the Nobel Peace Prize was won with the support of Faezeh Hashemi’s gang in 2023 and the same prize was awarded to her, it was clear that the project of laundering the blood of Iran’s children had begun internationally. This group is not after domestic credibility but invests on the international level.

For justice seekers, there’s no difference between Faezeh Rafsanjani, Raisi, and Khamenei, and now the U.S. State Department has called one of Iran’s child killers ‘brave,’ proving that America, just like in 1979, remains the friend of mullahs and their regime and the enemy of the Iranian people.

One should not expect revolutionary zeal from Faezeh Hashemi. How could she overthrow her and her family’s interests, nurtured over 45 years? And who gave Faezeh Hashemi the right to be the defender of Iranian women’s rights? Surely, the U.S. State Department is fully aware of these issues and knowingly steps in line with the Islamic Republic for shared interests, without any shame for this deliberate act.

The Biden State Department‘s Persian account, focusing on women’s rights and opposition to compulsory hijab, has reached Faezeh Rafsanjani, perhaps a detail irrelevant and unimportant to a Western audience. Women’s rights movements, like the right to vote, did not lead to the overthrow of governments but changed discriminatory laws. Naturally, some members of the ruling body aligned with these movements’ demands. Therefore, those who try to reduce Iran’s national movement to gender movements, although using grandiloquent terms like “gender apartheid,” inadvertently or not, divert the movement from regime change and provide Western governments supporting appeasement with the opportunity to identify individuals within the regime as leaders of the movement.

One must be cautious of the insidious maneuvers of the reformists, as they possess both wealth (amassed through plundering the wealth of the Iranian people) and political influence, with most of their families residing in the U.S. and Europe. They are skilled at strategic placements, deploying their pieces in the political chess game of any country. The atmosphere is equally hostile towards conservatives, radicals, and reformists alike. In matters of corruption, crime, betrayal of Iran and Iranians, and Islamic terrorism, there’s no difference between Rafsanjani and figures like Khomeini and Khamenei; in fact, due to their multifaceted nature and deceit, the reformists may even be worse. They control the Ministry of Intelligence and financial networks.

The U.S. State Department, in its Nowruz message aimed at appealing to Iranians, remembered Gaza and then Rafsanjani, a criminal in contemporary Iranian history. Faezeh Hashemi is from one of the founding criminal families of the Islamic Republic regime, and if her relatives wish to separate from the regime and join the nation, they must declare their dissociation explicitly and clearly, not be flagged by America and the West like Khomeini! Has the U.S. State Department not learned from its ridiculous relationships with figures like Ebrahim Yazdi, Mehdi Bazargan, Mohammad Beheshti, Sadegh Ghotbzadeh? The betrayal of the late Shah of Iran by Carter, stabbing him in the back, has not been forgotten.

Perhaps the imprisonment of Faezeh Rafsanjani and her associates is seen as favorable by some, as it promotes her! These individuals must be accountable for their political and economic conduct and responsibilities to reveal what services they have rendered. Everyone has their rightful place! The Rafsanjanis belong alongside the criminal mullah regime, and the U.S. State Department should refrain from meddling and misplacing individuals in public opinion.

All of these individuals can speak clearly and transparently about whether they stand with the Islamic Republic or with the people! It’s not possible to be a defender of women’s and human rights while standing with the Islamic Republic. The U.S. State Department should pay attention to the comments under the post they made.

If the website is under the influence of reformist infiltrators, then it is a sad day for Biden. Do you wish for the suffering and humiliation of Iranians? Do Iranians not deserve a dignified place in history, or should the U.S. State Department direct them towards the criminal Rafsanjani family? What concern is it of yours? Do you in the U.S. State Department benefit from supporting a movement and the continuity of an anti-national government in Iran? Have you ever once defended a popular Iranian figure – Prince Reza Pahlavi? No! Then remain silent and do not direct us towards criminals. According to which law in America do you promote a criminal and murderous family? Are you aware that much American blood is on Rafsanjani’s hands? Does it even matter to you?

In recent actions by the Biden administration, there has been a contentious showcasing of Faezeh Hashemi Rafsanjani, a figure deeply entangled in the notorious legacy of her family’s alleged corruption and oppression within Iran, as a ‘defender of women’s rights.’ These developments, seemingly influenced by the National Iranian American Council (NIAC)’s perspectives, have sparked intense debate and confusion regarding the U.S. stance on Iran, raising critical questions about the intentions and implications of such diplomatic gestures amidst the broader struggle for human rights and transparency in Iran.

It must not be forgotten that the Rafsanjani, Khatami, Montazeri, and Mousavi faction aims to target the symbol of Iranian nationalism, Prince Reza Pahlavi. This dangerous, corrupt, and security-oriented gang focuses entirely on neutralizing the most significant competitor after the collapse of the Islamic Republic, none other than Prince Reza Pahlavi. This corrupt faction has no issue with the aged and worn opposition of 1979, nor with old Iranian terrorists like the MEK (Mujahedin-e Khalq) or Kurdish groups such as Komala and the KDPI; their problem lies solely with the royalists and the Pahlavi himself. Regime-exported figures have formed an alliance in this direction, hostile towards the Pahlavi.

In my X (twitter ) : Mr. Blinken – With all due respect, may I ask you a question? According to international law and norms, can Iranians tell Americans that a leader of their society should be someone from a criminal transnational organization? In a free Iran, after the collapse of the mullahs’ republic, would a democratic Iranian Foreign Ministry have the right to post a photo of one of Guantanamo’s dangerous prisoners, advocating for their participation in the American presidency?

Surely, your answer, like that of any other rational and understanding person, would be no. So why do you post a photo of one of Iran’s criminal and destructive mafias on the Instagram of the U.S. Department of State, justifying evil and not only refraining from removing it but also refusing to apologize! Are you seeking the birth of a second Islamic Republic? Wasn’t one in 1979, which has brought destruction to the world, enough? Must we witness a second birth? For example, according to your logic, what is the difference between conservatives and reformists? In the eyes of Faezeh Hashemi Rafsanjani – the head of the mafia of criminals – have you seen personalities like Condoleezza Rice and Mrs. Albright?

Please, if you do not benefit from a regime change in Iran, do not send evil our way!
