Rainbows and bubbles please
A special few days.
We entered the new month of Adar 1.
The month of joy and miracles.
Right before there was a very rare Rainbow in Israel.
An all white misty Rainbow!
Just before this occurred, I was listening to someone share that we can visualize being connected via a Rainbow from our hearts to the sky.
And a message appears for each of us on this Rainbow.
The next day, Shabbat, I returned to one of my sweet Synagogues, after being away for 2.5 months.
The Tefilah, the prayer was so symphonic, resonating and soulful.
Afterwards we were standing around eating a celebratory Rainbow cake that was provided by a friend, a member, in honor of his bar mitzvah parasha. How colorful and delicious!
Then I was greeted by the rabbi and members with such warmth and welcome.
This all made me realize that in these very challenging times, having a spiritual embrace, a spiritual connection is our bubble.
The bubble we need to buffer and protect us from the harshness of the World, and especially from the harshness that has been directed in an accelerated manor towards the Jews.
Then the Super Bowl. Okay, hanging with friends was nice, fun and connected and of course the important ads with its important messages.
And then a truly joyous miracle happened ; the rescue of two hostages, bringing a sense of hope.
More Rainbows please. More messages connecting our hearts to the sky.
