Recalling the ‘Laptop from Hell’

About Miranda Devine’s named book, Matt Burns says it got him thinking on December 20, 2023, that Hunter wanted his laptop to go public. In fact, he remarked, it was even better than he thought it would be. Basically, what happened in a nutshell is Hunter sold America out to China and other countries, but especially China.

He made a deal with China in which he would help the communist-run country begin business ventures in America with the help of the Biden name and the connections the Biden family had. Joe – the “big guy” – was a kind of silent partner. This enabled him to pull a “plausible deniability” card if he needed to, pretend he didn’t know anything about “Hunter’s business deals, which would be half-true.

The media was trying to help Biden get elected and engaged in election interference. So, they introduced a “wacko”  theory about a Russian disinformation campaign and Joe Biden lied to the American people during a debate, spreading a handful of State department yahoos similar to John Brennan, all suggested the laptop represented Russian disinformation, so it must be true. Burns felt the media should ashamed of itself.

The censorship of the laptop story really marked the time when the media officially revealed itself as state propaganda and not a free press.

Earlier on August 30, 2022, Steven H. Propp published, “A Rather Sordid recounting of Hunter Biden’s Faults, Plus Allegations.” He notes that Devine began her book with, “In the spring of 2019, 4 years after the death of his brother Beau, Hunter Biden was falling apart. His crack addiction was raging, his wife of 24 years had divorced him, his steamy affair with Beau’s widow, Hallie, was on the rocks. A stripper from Arkansas had launched a paternity suit. His business partners were in jail or had vanished, presumed dead.

The fortune he had made from foreign oligarchs and Delaware donors was squandered or inaccessible. He had spent the last year in and out of rehab – unappreciated and disrespected, raging at his family and the world. In April, his father, former vice president Joe Biden, announced he was running for president. Two weeks later, Hunter left his laptop at a Mac repair shop in Delaware and never came back [?]”

As regards the laptop, Miranda Devine informs us that “the real news value lay in the corporate documents, bank transfers, and emails detailing a vast international influence-peddling scheme, sanctioned by the world’s most despotic regime – and implicating “Honest Joe himself – The sordid secret vices of a son of political privilege were an incongruous backdrop to the monumental oil and gas Hunter was mixed up in around the world, a drug-addicted neophyte bumbling through geopolitical minefields, with the Secret Service in tow–

-Despite his secret debaucheries , Hunter was acutely aware of what he brought to the table: access to his powerful father—The laptop also put the lie to President Biden’s repeated claims that he knew nothing about his son’s shady business ventures in China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, and beyond.”

“The New York Post published—a series of front –page bombshells —culled from the contents of Hunter’s laptop indicating that Joe, as vice president had met –with a high-ranking representative of the corrupt Ukrainian energy company that was paying junkie son a million dollars a year to sit on its board—[Joe Biden] threatened to withhold $1 billion in US aid unless the Ukrainian government fired its top prosecutor —who was pursuing Burisma for corruption at the time—

But soon after the Post’s story broke online, social media censored it—it was a chilling exercise of raw political power by an unaccountable Big Tech—The coordinated censorship of America’s oldest newspaper—amounted to election interference—if the full story of the Biden’s international influence- peddling scheme had been told before the election it could have —possibly flipped the results—Devine had authenticated material on the laptop by interviewing—several recipients of Hunter’s emails and messages.

A collection of documents obtained from Hunter’s former business partner—cross matched with material on the laptop—Hunter’s laptop tells an alarming story of the national interest sold out for personal gain at the highest level—The president cannot extricate his family’s moneymaking schemes from America’s foreign policy imperative.

Hunter seems oblivious to the pitfalls of cashing in on his father’s name in corrupt foreign jurisdictions. [Chapter 3 Pg. 24]. By taking a job with Burisma, the hapless Hunter also found himself at the center of a titanic struggle between the US and Russia over energy. It would not be the last time he humbled into a geopolitical powder keg. [Chapter 11 Pg. 96]

In a book review by Matt Burns, he draws attention to additional information. “Hunter was his father’s Bagman and Joe Biden is guilty of treason and influence peddling.

The laptop put the lie to President Biden’s repeated claims that he knew nothing about his son’s shady business ventures in China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, and beyond. In Chapter 3, Pg 24, Miranda Devine remarks, “Hunter seemed oblivious to the pitfalls of cashing in on his father’s name in corrupt foreign jurisdictions.” Later, in Chapter 6 Pge 54, she adds, “It would be his father’s cultivation of China’s future president Xi Jinping that would provide his family’s most lucrative payday—But it would also bring hunter to the brink of ruin.”

By taking a job with Burisma [Chapter 11, Pge 96], the hapless Hunter also found himself at the center of a titanic struggle between US and Russia over energy. It would be naive for Americans not to appreciate the expectations attached to Hunter Biden’s shareholding in a Chinese firm —and access to the inner sanctum of China’s elite. {Chapter 13, Pge 115].
Through 2015 and 2016, Hunter and his partners had been using the Biden name to open doors—around the world—Since Joe was out of office. It was time to be paid. [Chapter16, Pge 144].

Chapter 20, Pge 180, Miranda Devine informs us, “Hunter’s life is a mess, but it will only get worse—as his crack addiction spirals out of control—he is putting at risk his father’s last chance to run for president, but he is at a point where he doesn’t care.”

David Rubin’s “Trump and the Jews” does not address the “Laptop” per se, but is complimentary to its contents. In Chapter One, “Founder, Presidents, And the Jews,” we find quotes such as:

“Israel must recognize that it can’t settle and occupy Palestinian land.” [President Barack Obama, September 2016]
“When I become president, the days of treating Israel like a 2nd class citizen will end on day one.” [President Candidate Donald Trump, September 2016]

In Chapter Two, “The Obama Years, we find:

“The sweetest sound I know is the Muslim call to prayer.” [Barack Obama – Cairo Speech, 2009]
“The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.” [Barack Obama, speech at the United Nations, 2012]

“The United States does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements—It is time for these settlements to stop.” [President Barack Obama’s Cairo, Egypt speech, June 4, 2009]

In Chapter Eight, “Palestinians, Peace and Reality,” the following quote:

“Peace for us means the destruction of Israel. We are preparing for an all-out war, a war which will last for generations.”[PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat, Jordanian television, September 1993]

In Chapter Nine, “Big and little Satans,” the following quote:

“We cannot let a murderous regime continue these destabilizing activities while building dangerous missiles, and we cannot abide by an agreement if it provides cover for the eventual construction of a nuclear program. The Iran deal was one of the worst and most one-sided transactions the United States has ever entered into. Frankly, that deal is an embarrassment to the United States and I don’t think you have heard the last of it—-“ [President Donald trump, speaking to the United Nations: September 2017].

President Trump decertified the Iran deal in his first year in office. His words:

“We will not continue down a path whose predictable conclusion is more violence, more terror, and the very real threat of Iran’s nuclear breakout. In the event we are not able to reach a solution with Congress and our allies, then the agreement will be terminated. It is under continuous review, and our participation can be cancelled by me, as president, at any time.”[At a White House session]

There is little doubt that Oct. 9, 2023 would never have occurred had President Trump been in office.

The time is now to inform the public of what had been suppressed years back. Joe’s criminality and Hunter’s disgusting behavior can be front page news.
