Saudi Arabia: Sugar Daddy for ISIS Terrorists

Saudi Arabia Biggest Financier of Terrorism
Saudi Arabia Biggest Financier of Terrorism

How long before ISIS declares entire MiddleEast under its Caliphate? It seems it will happen quickly but they can only go as far as the money and funding from Saudi Arabia carries them. So far, the terrorist network has been unstoppable, spreading its brutal take-over from Syria to Iraq. It cannot go anywhere west because it will meet another formidable foe in Iran as well as being Shia majority; fake Muslims according to ISIS. Immediately south to it, there are nations of Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine, struggling with their own rebel and terror problems. Israel, the only non-Muslim nation is watching very carefully how things play out; it remains the biggest and most hated nation for the entire Muslim region regardless of their sectarian differences between Sunni and Shia!

Countries like Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine are places that may or may not agree to come under ISIS’ tutelage; they have their own agenda and their own means of terror and terrorism. It’s not as if they are unhappy with ISIS; they just don’t want ISIS in their backyard plus they want their own leadership and style of killing, rape, murder, beheading and destruction just like Saudi Arabia, which is content to finance most terrorism activities around the world as long as they keep it going outside their kingdom.

In the United Nations, more clowning is evident when Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman, already guilty of funding ISIS, are ready with petro-dollars to fund anti-terrorists attempts and are not ashamed of showing some fake outrage when UN passes some redundant resolutions to contain terrorism and horrific murders of innocent people. In effect, all it really means is that Saudi Arabia has so much money and such little prejudice that it can and fund both ISIS and anti-ISIS forces simultaneously! Such is life in the desert.

Freeandrew analysis and news states: Although Saudi top officials openly condemn the radical ISIS movement, experts point to the sheer hypocrisy of the Saudi elite, which is in many cases providing Islamists in Syria and Iraq with weapons and financial aid. “The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) now threatening Baghdad was funded for years by wealthy donors in Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, three US allies that have dual agendas in the war on terror… Sometimes the support came with the tacit nod of approval from those regimes,” emphasizes Josh Rogin, foreign policy correspondent for The Daily Beast.

Josh Rogin says that money sent to ISIS by donors in the Gulf are going through Kuwait, which serves as a hub for its financing and organization. According to a report, The Brookings Institution released in 2013, some of this money was used to fight against Syrian president Bashar al-Assad. Now Bashar al-Assad is appealing to the world to save him from ISIS! They can be sure Saudi Arabia won’t be listening to his appeals; neither will Kuwait or Qatar or Oman or any of the oil rich states even though they will pretend to.

Saudi donors provide financial assistance to ISIS, al-Nusrah (Al-Qaeda affiliate in Syria), and other jihadi groups. Considering the long-lasting sectarian war between Sunni and Shia Muslims, the Gulf elites “feel an obligationto support Sunni militants fighting against al-Assad, Shia forces and their allies. Unless divestment occurs and the House of Saud and their Sunni Brothers, stop funding terrorism, this monster by the name of ISIS, is going to keep on going!
