Secretary Blinken, Please Read the Black Book Before You Lecture Israel
To understand the first, and hopefully last, Holocaust of this century, Secretary Blinken might want to brush up on the last century’s Holocaust and its predecessor pogroms in Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Secretary, please read the “Black Book” that recounts, Shtetl by Shtetl and in graphic and intimate detail, eyewitness survivors’ reports of the atrocities committed against Jews by the Nazis and their allies in Europe. In a parallel vein, my father told me a little of what he saw on Army patrols in WW2 Okinawa, including genital mutilation of American soldiers. The Black Book of what Hamas did on October 7 remains to be written and must include how Hamas came to possess American weapons delivered to Ukraine.
The Times of Israel reported on Wednesday, February 7, 2024: “Blinken: Israelis were dehumanized on Oct. 7; that can’t be a license to dehumanize others.” “Dehumanized” is a sanitized word to describe the graphic Hamas atrocities that mimic what my father witnessed on Okinawa and those in the Black Book. The IDF has not:
– Raped any Gazan, let alone any Palestinian Arab girl, teen. man or woman.
– Cut off any Gazan or Palestinian Arab’s body parts.
– Tossed around like hot potatoes any Gazan or Palestinian Arab’s dismembered body part.
– Decapitated any Gazan, or Palestinian Arab, even surgically using anesthesia.
– Sodomized any Gazan or Palestinian Arab male or female.
– Held any Gazan or Palestinian Arab hostage.
There’s more, but Mr. Secretary, what exactly have the Israelis done to “dehumanize” Gazans or any Palestinians? The IDF did not rape, burn, microwave, dismember, torture or murder Gaza civilians. The IDF kills or captures terrorists as surgically as possible even with greater risk of IDF injuries and deaths, Contrast that with indiscriminate Hamas missiles, rapists, killers and kidnappers. Are Palestinians in any kind of concentration camps like our country created for Japanese-Americans in WW2? Mr. Secretary, maybe your words need to be: “Do as I say, not as I do.”
TOI reports that you also said: “We urge Israel to do more to help civilians, knowing full well that it faces an enemy that would never meet those standards.” What steps would you have the IDF take that the IDF is not already taking? How do you propose that the IDF distinguish between Hamas terrorists in civilian clothing from Gaza civilians in civilian clothing? TOI reports that you also said: “The overwhelming majority of people in Gaza had nothing to do with the attacks of October 7.” How do you know that, Mr. Blinken?
Those terrorists your boss calls “the other side” because he forgot the name “Hamas,” have in some cases done much worse in a shorter period of time than what the Nazis and other Axis soldiers and civilians did to Jews. The Black Book reports that Nazis and their henchman in the Nazi-conquered countries locked Jews inside wooden barns and other buildings they set on fire, with those inside screaming as they were incinerated alive.
The Black Book describes Jews being wrapped in Torah Scrolls, and the Law and the Living burned simultaneously, a depravity Hamas would have done if they had located a Torah Scroll. Also described are Jews digging pits for their fellow townspeople and themselves, unmarked graves to fall into after being shot. Babies were shot as their mothers held them, an efficient use of one bullet to kill two Jews. All were stripped of valuables, not unlike the Hamas looters. The Nazis and their henchmen blamed everything they did to the Jews on their Jewish victims, exactly as Hamas and its fellow travelers do.
The number of Gazans killed in this war derives solely from Hamas reports. Similarly, the U.S. repeats Palestinian reports of “Jewish settler violence.” Nothing from Hamas or the PA can be relied on as fact. My research shows the Palestinian Arabs in Jerusalem and in Judea and Samaria who were “victims” of “Settler violence” were killed during or after their murderous attacks against Jews. Is your boss telling us self-defense is not valid when asserted by a Jew so 46 can “balance” blatant antisemitism with non-existent “Islamophobia”?
For now, let’s focus on Gaza which is where the Hamas-Israel war is ongoing. Pre-October 7 photos of Gaza reveal wide boulevards, beautiful mosques, hospitals, resorts, mansions, marinas, parks and orchards. Hidden are the hundreds of miles of highly engineered tunnels and tunnel entrances in nearly every Gaza building. Despite external appearances of beauty and calm, all of Gaza was fortified for stealth offensive missiles, attacks on Israel, and kidnapping Israelis.
Are you and your boss telling Israel not to complete its mission of destroying Hamas by finishing the job in Rafah? Do you want Hamas to live to kill and rape Jews another day? We need clear answers, Mr. Secretary.
Following the Times of Israel headline about you, was this: “Putin says Russia leveraging ties with Hamas political leaders to try and free hostages.” Would it be a dead feather in your and your boss’s caps if Mr. Putin succeeds when 46 and you fail? You may recall that the UN Partition Plan was supported by the US only after Moscow first announced its support.
The Hamas snake and its head in Iran must be eliminated, outcomes to which you and Presidents 44 and 46 seem allergic. You and 46 have TDS and the new BDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome and Bibi Derangement Syndrome. Kindly explain why your boss cursed President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu, and tell us exactly what 46 said about both. Tell us also if you agree with 46’s statement that the Israeli response to Hamas’s genocide was “over the top.” If you agree with what your boss just said, tell us if the American responses to Pearl Harbor, the Gulf of Tonkin, and 9-11 were “over the top.”
Please also tell us if you are like Henry Kissinger in his relationship to Judaism as reflected in Kissinger’s statements: “If it were not for the accident of my birth, I would be antisemitic.” And: “Any people . . . persecuted for two thousand years must be doing something wrong.” Or are you like the Henry Kissinger of later years who said: “I am Jewish, so . . . I take the survival of the Jewish people and of the Israeli state as a personal objective.”
No matter your answers, please disavow your decades-long buddy Robert “Iran” Malley, who is an enemy of both the United States and Israel. And please brush up on the atrocities and dehumanization of Jews and others in the last century’s Holocaust before you and your boss lecture Israel about this one.
