President Joe Biden delivered his State of the Union speech on March 7, 2024 in the House of Representatives chambers attended by the Supreme Court Justices, members of the Senate and House, Cabinet and visitors.

My contemporaneous commentary.

-Biden is late

-Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) is wearing a lei, indoors and at night

-The Cabinet members are hugging and kissing and back patting

-Enter Biden

-He looks waxen & disorented

-Congr. Majorie Taylor Greene wearing a red “Make American Great Again” hat

-All this kissing-what happened to COVID?

-He’s in no rush to mount the piduum-maybe he forgot

-Dems have been clapping for 10 minutes

-“If I were smart I’d go home now” Biden

-Some of his words are incomprehensible

-In the room are Repesentatives who have the Biden family bank records

-Took a shot at Trump

-Putin Putin, Putin

-January 6 was “the greatest threat to our democracy since the Civil War”

-Republicans sitting motionless while Dems jump and scream

-“Reproductive freedom”

-Biden resuses to say “aborton” says “act”

-Dems love them their abortion

-Lying about Dobbs opinion in front of the SCt justices who rendered it

-Every time he says ”my predecessor” he reminds us of how good we had it

-Dems are sure loud

-Inflation is at three percent?

-“If any of you don’t want that money, let me know”

-Dems shouting “Four more years”

-He’s taking credit for things Trump did

-He whispered “It’s not going to happen”

-Promising the moon

-Demagoguery

-“While we’re at it we’re going to give teachers a raise”

-“I’m going to fight like hell”

-He wants to raise the minimum corporate tax rate

-Attacking Republican with lies-sad day for America

-He’s screaming about the number of chips in a bag

-Cutting credit card “late fees”-how about interest rates? (Joke)

-He’s sneering at Republicans

-He touched the third rail-border-absolutely ignoring that the fact that he created the problem

-“If my predecessor is watching…”

-Blaming Republicans for border

-Voter suppression-yeah

-He is spiraling

-What country is he talking about? Not ours

-Biden World is very dark

-Speaker Mike Johnson rises when he spoke about bringing the Israeli hostages home

-People should get reparations for having to watch Biden’s speech

-He adopts Hamas’ fatality numbers without question or qualification

-He wants a “two state solution”-it would be a permanent threat Israel

-His family took millions from Chinese entities and he is talking about China-weakly

-Where’s Hunter?

-Every word hollow-he weaponized DOJ against his opponent

-“Not a joke”-sadly, the joke is on us

-Trying to channel Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King “I believe in America” but sounding like Bonasera the undertaker in The Godfather

-Biden’s partisan rant has done more to elect Trump than a barrel of Musk-like donors

-While hostages suffer in underground caves, Repr. Tlaib and Repr. Bush wear keffiyahs in Congress

-With Dems it is all theater
