Something strange in the neighborhood

Carney wants to give parts of Israel to the Palestinians. Now Canadian Indigenous want parts of Canada.

It just doesn’t pay to start up with Israel.

The premier of British Columbia,  David Eby, last year fired a Jewish cabinet minister for speaking out against the Palestinians. His party (NDP) last year, at a convention, voted to endorse stopping the Gaza war, as Israel fought to destroy the evil of Hamas. Now Eby has gotten himself into a pickle, as legislation and court decisions are giving away British Columbian land to the Indigenous.

But there are now many world powers who are supporting Israel.

Trump was miraculously saved from assassination. He went on to win the election, stop a lot of antisemitism, and support Israel tremendously, even bombing Iran.

Latin America is becoming friendlier to Israel. Bolivia just renewed relations with Israel. Numerous elections in South America are bringing into power leaders who are pro-Israel. Anti-Israel dictators in Venezuela and Columbia might soon be overthrown by the U.S.

Netanyahu says that he talks regularly to the leaders of world powers, including Trump, Putin, India and Germany.

Something strange is happening. By Divine providence, the world is becoming friendlier and more supportive of Israel.

When Israel defeats Iran and its proxies, they are benefiting the world. And leaders realize this.

Chabad worldwide is now celebrating the 19th and 20th day of Kislev, when the first Lubavitcher Rebbe was freed from prison after being wrongfully charged. The very same Russian regime that had imprisoned him, freed him.

As a result, the light of the Rebbe’s Chassidic teachings, explaining the inner dimensions of Torah, have shined forth even brighter.

Today the light of Chassidus illuminates every corner of the world. And just as a powerful regime back then, channeled its power for goodness by freeing the Rebbe, now too world powers are increasingly motivated to follow the lead of Israel, a light to the nations, by helping to fight tyranny, thus bringing stability, morality, and peace to all of civilization.

It’s a brand new world. And as we see something strange and beneficial happening and increasing worldwide, we appreciate G-d’s benevolence, leading our world to peace and prosperity for all mankind.
