The US State Department condemned the International Criminal Court (ICC) investigation of Israel war crimes in the Palestinian territories with this clear statement.

“We strongly disagree with the ICC prosecutor’s action today. As we have said repeatedly, we do not believe that Palestine is a state and therefore we do not believe that it is eligible to join the ICC.

It is a tragic irony that Israel, which has withstood thousands of terrorists rockets fired at its civilians and its neighborhoods, is now being scrutinized by the ICC.”

Bravissimo!

This brilliantly phrased statement negates Palestine as a state, refers to Palestinians firing rockets as terrorists, characterizes the ICC as disingenuous and lauds Israel for its comportment under fire.

Good riddance CNN.

Hello U.S. State Department.

A senior CNN correspondent tweeting on the massacre at Charlie Hedbo in an exchange on Hasbara with Oren Kessler, a deputy director of research at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies,  said “you and the Hasbara team need to pick on some cripple at the edge of the herd.”

We witness Israel being tried every day on the International court of public opinion in print, TV, cable, blogs, college campuses and a plethora of media outlets with a singular purpose, to delegitimize Israel.

The CNN correspondents’ abrupt departure was accompanied with laudatory words for his 34 years of service. Nary a mention of his absurd assertion that Israeli propaganda was at the root of the Charlie Hedbo massacre. The Islamist anti-Israel party line eschewed by Turkey, once an Israel ally, is that the massacre in Paris would not have occurred had Israel withdrawn from the Palestinian territories.

CNN, BBC, NY Times are akin to addicts codependent on Arabists ‘fix’ on the Jews.

No doubt the killings in recent days of innocent Christians in support of free speech in Niger, Pakistan and Nigeria is Israel’s fault. A convenient retold lie becomes the truth.

The prophet Abraham is not only revered by Jews so too by Christians and Muslims together representing a majority of the world’s population.

God’s conversation with Abraham is therefore a worthy mention.

“Raise now your eyes and look out from where you are: northward, southward, eastward and westward. For all the land that you see, to you will I give it, and to your descendants forever. I will make your offspring as the dust of the earth so that if one can count the dust of the earth, then your offspring, too, can be counted.” (Genesis 13:14-16)

As if that left any doubt, “Gaze, now, toward the Heavens, and count the stars if you are able to count them!” And God said to Abraham, ” So shall your offspring be!” (Genesis 15:5)

Prime Minister Netanyahu was criticized for inviting French Jews to leave France and to move to Israel, describing it as their true homeland.

I agree. We need Jews the world over like the dust of the earth and the stars of the heaven.

Bibi should send 10,000 Israelis to each of ten countries around the world as part of Hasbara. Israeli’s completing their three year compulsory Army duty are wont to travel to the far corners of the world Kenya, Thailand, Turkey, Tibet, and the US.

Establish a reverse Birthright program, for three or six month intervals, whereby these new IDF reservists seeking travel abroad or college students yearning for International learning or retirees can comprise this new 100,000 Hasbara army.

Israeli’s pay a greater percentage of their income tax towards defense than any developed country. Israel’s Mossad is renowned as having amongst the world most sophisticated ears to the ground.

These new 10,000 trained articulate emissaries in each of ten countries will supplant the political, defense and spy structure as typical everyday people communicating to typical everyday people in countries both friendly and hostile to Israel.

One year ten countries.

Five years fifty countries.

Israel did not capture the territories now occupied by Palestinians in the West Bank.

Joshua did that 3,000 years as commanded by God. Jews are ‘just following orders’ to defend this land and to live in their homeland.

Any terrorist have a problem with that?

Take it up with God. While the 100,000 explain God’s covenant with Abraham the IDF will gladly introduce jihadists to God.

After all Jews are just like dust.

How can anyone be afraid of a little dust?
