This interview is with Roee Lichtenfeld, CEO of Truvid. 

About Roee: 

Roee is a Digital solutions visionary and strategist with +15 yrs of experience spearheading B2B publisher growth solutions. Co-Founder & CEO leading video product of Truvid Inc. 

What are your main productivity tips? 

I’m big on micro productivity. 

In order to complete a big project, it helps to break it down into smaller tasks that are more manageable and just as important. These smaller to-dos make the next step identifiable and are ultimately more achievable. 

As the CEO, I have a lot on my plate, and creating a clear and concise roadmap with specific goals increases my focus and gets my wheels turning on the strategies needed to attain these goals. 

What is your favorite drink?

How do you deal with stress and anxiety? 

I think that everyone deals with some level of stress, regardless of their position. There’s definitely less of a stigma attached to the subject, which is a massive step in a positive direction. For me personally, when I need to decompress, I usually go out for a run or get busy in the kitchen. 

Your tips for aspiring entrepreneurs? 

Can I choose more than one? If you’re in it for the long haul, you need to: 

• Be positive that you’re bringing added value to someone 
• Make sure you are not the only one who thinks that way
• Behind every successful entrepreneur, there’s a great team; find yourself one!
• Get ready to roll with the punches. 

Who in the Tech industry would you like to meet for lunch? 

Satya Nadella, CEO at Microsoft.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be? 

NYC, without a doubt. This is one of the main goals I’d like to achieve in the future. I love the pace and the vibes.

What is your favorite book recommendation? 

Great book that was recommended to me by a friend and colleague – “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck” by Mark Manson

It’s fast-paced. It’s challenging. It’s an adventure that tests you.
