The battle between the decent and indecent

The theatre of the absurd continues as Hamas exploits both the living and the dead. The deal with the devil that the lovers of life are forced into with the lovers of death is an ongoing terrorist plot that in a bizarre twist gives Hamas precisely what they are looking to achieve; a seat at the table with international attention and the opportunity to continue their reign of terror in the Gaza Strip.

The so-called “ceasefire deal” that Israel is forced into with the Hamas terrorists’ continues to dehumanize and inflict immeasurable suffering. The world must watch helplessly as decent people are traumatized by the unthinkable being normalized. 

Shockingly, there are those who continue to protest against the Jewish state. Regardless of the evidence and no matter the indecency on display, the people who support Hamas and buy into the victim status of Gaza are doing so at the price of the most basic of human decency.  

The reality reshaped by the events of October 7 finds the world today in a struggle that Holocaust survivor and psychiatrist Viktor Frankl characterized as the battle between the decent and the indecent. This about sums up what we must overcome to find a way through to the other side of this madness. 

Hamas continued to taunt the world with the release of the bodies of two babies, Kfir and Ariel, just 9 months and 4 years old at the time of their kidnapping.  DNA evidence has confirmed their identity while pathologists have verified that they were brutally murdered.  Babies, defiled and subjected to torture.  Not even in death did Hamas allow the children’s mother to be accompanying her babies.  Forensics quickly determined that the body sent over by Hamas in the nailed shut coffin filled with Jihadist propaganda, was not that of Shiri Bibas.

What indecency is this? What evil are we to tolerate before we break with reality? There is madness in this weekly theatre by the sadists who parade the hostages, dead and alive, through the streets of Gaza, with the slogans equating Zionism with Nazism.  They cleverly reverse engineer the Jewish tragedy of the Holocaust, while adopting a narrative of the victim playing into antisemitism and hatred for the West, whilst we must sit, glued to our media and ponder the asinine;  Who is alive?  Who is dead?  How did they suffer?  How did they die? 

The barbarity of Hamas knows no boundaries.  They are the Jihadists we have let into our cities and neighbourhoods who have encamped on the lawns of our schools and have been allowed to march unimpeded through our streets.  They have manipulated the Quran and seduced the left who has willingly assisted in the destruction of whatever remains of liberal values.  Where is the decency of any person, community, country, or institution, that can support the heinous crime of kidnapping and the brutal murder of  children? And yet, there are several that do.

Qatar plays mediator whilst having enabled all of this destruction.  They negotiate peace whilst catering to terrorists.  They enjoy their elevated status with the United States as they house those who chant death to America.

Spain and Ireland; seemingly civilized countries are part of the EU.  Spain is part of NATO. These countries have made commitments to peace and know full well the pain of war, and yet along with Turkey, South Africa, Columbia, Brazil and many other countries who will shamelessly vilify Israel’s legitimate right to defend itself and encourage, prompt and turn a blind eye to the blatant antisemitism and rationalization of the actions of Hamas, as legitimate resistance.

The United Nations stands by, rarely condoning anyone other than Israel for the very crime of continuing to survive.  They prop up UNRWA who continue to perpetuate the non-Palestinian refugee crisis for the past 75 years. 

Terrorism is big business and the leadership and members of UNRWA who manage a 2 billion dollar budget without any oversight are not about to fold up shop.  

This week, two Israelis on leave from the IDF,  had to be evacuated from Amsterdam for fear of their well being after a pro-Palestinian organization tracked them and coordinated with authorities for their arrest.  

In Australia, two nurses announced that they would kill any Israelis seeking medical care at the hospital in which they work, and indicated that they may have already been complicit in doing so. What license has the government of Australia given to the Jihadists to act in broad daylight and without shame?

The list goes on in a world gone MAD of those countries we would expect to be reasonable and decent as they display unreasonable and indecency on the wrong side of history.

Iran is moments away from achieving nuclear capabilities.  What do these countries think the Islamic Regime will do with this in their tool shed?  If Hamas, a proxy of Iran, will kidnap and murder babies I can only think of what Iran is planning in the backyard of America.  Iran is the head of the snake and is ultimately the world sponsor of terror.  They must be stopped without delay before we utter the worst possible words of regret that we should have, we could have, and we wish we had- taken the necessary actions to stop the Global Jihad from a no turning back scenario.

The handover of hostages, alive and dead, erodes any remaining decency left in this world. Hamas dares to use this moment as a stage for provocation, and it will require every ounce of restraint for Israel to hold back in the desperate hope of securing the release of the remaining living hostages.

Just today, buses scheduled for tomorrow’s busy commute in TelAviv blew up prematurely from bombs coordinated and placed to detonate with maximum effect.  A timed device set to explode during rush hour was discovered in Tel Aviv’s modern lite rail system.  The Global Jihad knows no limits and sees the murder of innocent lives as a gateway to Jahada, the Islamic version of heaven.

The continued commoditization of human lives is an extension of the horrors of October 7. The fact that this theatre is allowed to persist is nothing short of pure evil and cruelty.

The people of Gaza have forfeited any moral claim to self-determination as they have harbored and empowered those who murdered the most innocent of people; babies.

The crimes against humanity were not exclusively carried out by the armed terrorists who entered Israel and went to the Kibbutzim and slaughtered, burned, mutilated, and performed gross indecent acts and live streamed this to the world.  Gazans of all ages followed in the terrorists’ dust to assist in the atrocities. Not only must Hamas be eradicated from this earth for eternity, but the very land called Gaza must be transformed into something that fosters a future of peace and prosperity.  This is the only way to heal and move forward. The only way to find peace.  We must erase this indecency forever and must act now to do so.  The world must Wake Up before its too late.
