The elimination of the Iranian nuclear program is a must.

The duplicitous behavior of European democracies towards the State of Israel and Israeli- Iranian conflict mirrors European countries attitude towards the Jews before and during WWII and, the only right course of action to resolve the Israeli-Iranian conflict is the elimination of the Iranian nuclear program.

If somebody tells he/she hates you and wants to kill you, you better believe the person. Hitler, in his book ‘Mein Kampf’ published in June of 1925, has announced that the Jews are subhuman who need to be eliminated.  When he was elected to lead Germany in 1933, Hitler was using his power to make Germany ‘judenrein’ (cleansed of Jews). He was inciting the population of Germany to physically harass their Jewish countrymen. The unbearable pressure and threat of physical harm had forced the Jews to flee Germany. But not too many countries were willing to accept them as refugees. 32 countries gathered in Evian, France, in June of 1938, for a conference to discuss the situation and the fate of Germany’s Jews. Some delegates were expressing sympathy for the Jews but most counties refused to admit more refugees. Why I repeat this widely publicized facts? Because it seems people and countries have short memory span and are trying to avoid to be reminded of the shameful events in their history. Here are few, among many other disgraceful initiatives and policies instituted towards the Jews by the western democracies before and during WWII: the Evian conference in July 6-15, 1938; the refugees bill proposed on February 9, 1939 by US Congress which called for admission to United States of 20,000 Germany refugee children under age of 14, the bill, however, was eventually defeated and, also, the British government restriction on immigration of Jews to Palestine.

Let’s take a look at the attitude and behavior of the European leaders towards the Jewish State and Israeli-Iranian conflict during the G7 summit which happened on June 15 to 17 of 2025 in Alberta, Canada.

The leaders of Germany, France, UK, Canada and EU were supposed to issue a statement, reacting to the ongoing Israeli-Iranian conflict, based on a principle of moral objectivity. Instead, demonstrating unwillingness to understand the essence of the conflict, they offered platitudes such as ‘Israel has the right to defend itself’ and promulgated the ideas, which are useless and even harmful, such as de-escalation and ceasefire. These suggestions would allow the genocidal Iranian regime to continue its work on the development of the nuclear weapons. There was not any praise or appreciation expressed by the participants of G7 summit thanking Israel for being in the forefront of the battle for Western values of democracy and human rights.

In the days after the F7 summit, the representatives of Britain, France, Germany and EU, had meeting with the Iran’s foreign minister in Geneva on June 20, 2025. The Iranian foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, after the conference issued a statement: “Tehran would not resume negotiations with the United States until Israel stopped its attacks”. The joint written statement, of t three European nations and the EU says:” The good result today is that we leave the room with the impression that the Iranian side is fundamentally ready to continue talking about all important issues”.

The obvious most important issue is the development of nuclear weapons by Iran and the European diplomats, instead of facing the reality of the avoidance by Iran to discuss this issue by all means, are promulgating an illusionary vision of having a reliable partner in the negotiations. The similarities in the attitudes and behavior of the European leaders of pre and during WWII period and the present days politicians from France, Britain, Germany and EU are conspicuously evident: the same moral deficiency, hypocrisy and attention to egoistic short-term needs are part of their character.

Trump did not see the meeting of the European diplomats with the foreign minister of Iran as useful to the whole process of negotiation with Islamic republic. He said “They didn’t help”  referring to the activities of the European politicians.

if a country consistently repeats hateful statements toward certain countries and threaten to destroy them and their population, you better believe that these homicidal intentions are real.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is the country which hates the state of Israel, United States of America and the Western civilization in general. When in February of 1979 Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini was appointed Iran’s Supreme political and religious leader, the never-ending campaign of hatred against Jewish State and US has become the main point of the Iranian politics. It was Ayatollah Khomeini who used the epithets ‘Great Satan’, referring to US, and ‘Little Satan’, referring to Israel, in speeches during the Islamic Revolution in 1979. It was Ayatollah Khomeini who introduced the phrase ‘Death to America’ which is chanted during the Friday’s prayers and   often follows with the burning of American flag. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini proclaimed “We shall reject Israel and shall have no relations with it” and “We must all rise to destroy Israel” . Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini died in 1989.

The current Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, continues the fury of the anti-American and anti-Israeli attacks using social media. As recently as February 7, 2021 he stated:” We will support and assist any nation or any group anywhere who opposes and fights the Zionist regime”.

For several decades Islamic Republic of Iran has a program to develop nuclear capabilities, officially stating it is for peaceful purposes. At the present, Iran, as it estimated by the experts, has highly enriched uranium enough to produce several atomic bombs. Considering theocratic regime’s extreme hatred of United States and Israel and being the main sponsor of terrorism in the Middle Eastern region and beyond, the notion of nuclear armed Iran should make any person with common sense very concern and anxious.

The answer to the question how to encounter a country with homicidal intentions to annihilate you and your population, the Islamic Republic of Iran, was found by the Prime Minister of the State of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, and the President of United States, Donald Trump.

Facing the existential threat, Israel, on June 13 of 2025, has initiated the aerial campaign to destroy the sites of the Iranian nuclear program, killing a number of leading members of Iranian military and eliminating several Iranian nuclear scientists. It worthwhile to note, that the Israelis started their attacks on Iran after the sixty days ultimatum for Iranians to come to negotiating table to discuss their nuclear program, given by the President of United States Donald Trump, had expired.

Iran responded by sending ballistic missiles and drones into Israel, indiscriminately hitting civilian targets.

Last Friday Donald Trump issued another two weeks ultimatum to Iran urging the Iranian, in order to avoid possible US air strikes, to be part of the negotiation process. In his remarks Trump indicated he can decide to strike Iran’s nuclear program sites before the two weeks period will run out, if he does not see any progress.

There are sites of the Iranian nuclear program which are located as deep as 300 feet underground in the mountainous areas of Iran. The experts’ postulate that only the bunker-buster bombs, which US has, can reach these hard to get nuclear sites and destroy it.

Yesterday, on June 21, 2025, Donald Trump ordered an air strike of three locations of the Iranian nuclear program: Fordo, Isfahan and Natanz sites. In the address to the nation from the White House, the President of United States Donald Trump stated that Iran’s key nuclear sites were “completely and fully obliterated”.

The operation codenamed ‘Midnight Hammer’, the destruction of Iranian’s three most important nuclear development sites by the US air force, has removed any doubt that Donald Trump is a leader of the free world who values principles of fairness, justice and common sense in the relationship between the nations. First of all, as a President of United States of America, he reminded the murderous Iranian regime, whose hands are covered in blood of many American soldiers and civilians, that it is unacceptable behavior and it will be punished if continues. Second, Donald Trump put to rest the suspicions of many people, including the author of this article, that there is a change in his unshakable support and love of Jewish people and State of Israel, President demonstrated during his first term. Third, Donald Trump re-affirmed the presence of the special relationship between him and Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu and the State of Israel. These actions and attitudes of the President of United States of America, add to the spirit of resilience for Israelis to withstand the suffering and hardship inflicted by the attacks of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
