The International Court of Justice Is Unjust

Upon receiving accusations from South Africa that Israel is guilty of practicing genocide and apartheid, the International Court of Justice has knowingly and unashamedly agreed to hear that fraudulent case.

The claim that Israel is engaging in genocide and apartheid is as absurd as it is duplicitous. The Palestinian Arab population has increased five-fold from 900,000 in 1947, to over 5 million in 2024. If the PA claim of genocide were true, it would represent the only time in history, when the act of attempting to exterminate a group, increased their numbers. Despite the fact the dramatic growth in the Arab population is indisputable, the PA, and like-minded antisemitic groups, continue to promote their fabrications accusing Israel of genocide.

As for the false accusations of apartheid, it is the Arab countries that forbid citizenship to Jews, and in some cases, entirely exclude them from living in, or visiting their countries. On the other hand, Israel grants full rights of citizenship to Israeli Arabs. However, because antisemites frequently fabricate lies intended to disparage Jews, they are particularly adept at it. It is in their DNA to routinely project their perverse and barbaric actions onto the Jews.

As if accusing Israel of genocide and apartheid was not enough to denigrate Israel, the antisemites also accuse Israel of treating non-Jews as second-class citizens. The fact that Israel granted full Israeli citizenship with the right to vote to the 150,000 Palestinian Arabs who chose to remain in Israel in 1948, the media claims that they are second-class citizens because Israel has a national religion. The fact there are Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Druze and an assortment of many other religious and ethnic groups holding Israeli citizenship, doesn’t in any way get in the way of spewing their lies. The duplicity of characterizing Israel as having second-class citizens on religious grounds, as is the practice of most Arab states by relegating non-Muslims to the status of dhimmis, is hypocrisy on steroids. The double standard the complainants use against Israel is obvious, since they fail to cast the same aspersion against England, Greece, Armenia, Denmark and almost eighty other Christian and Islamic countries having an official national religion.

Unfortunately, the media is complicit in spreading the antisemitic and anti-Israel canards. For example, recently, a typical disingenuous headline declared, ‘The International Court of Justice is to hear case on Israeli ‘occupation’ of Palestinian territories.’ A less bias headline would have stated in the following manner, ‘The International Court of Justice is to hear a case concerning Israeli Jews living in the disputed territories of Judea and Samaria.’ According to the members of the ICJ, the outcome of the case would not be legally binding but would carry “great legal weight and moral authority,”.

What a joke. If there is anything the ICJ lacks, it is the great weight of legal and moral authority. By taking the accusations against Israel of war crimes seriously by surrendering to the outrageous slanders of those who hawk antisemitic tropes, it has proven to be a feckless cluster of morally challenged pretenders. Unfortunately, it is giving tacit approval to those who support the actions of Hamas’s death cult, a faction comprised of terrorists, rapists, and reprobates. The ICJ is conducting a theater of the absurd and has exposed its moral turpitude and the inversion of the very ethical principles it hypocritically espouses. The ICJ and those who willingly are participating in this deception have proven themselves to be unworthy of wearing the mantle of moral authority.
