The Iranian Tsunami: Go ahead… Blame Israel!
Those who observe and record history know that this moment in time is breathtaking. We, who live in the Middle East are transfixed by the vision of millions of Iranian citizens flooding the streets of their cities and demanding “Death to the Ayatollah!”
No one thought this could happen. The Revolutionary Guards of the regime would certainly terrify everyone into submission as they have for close to fifty years. Innocent people would surely die if they stood up against the Ayatollah’s Revolutionary Guards. We got it wrong! Not about the death toll… it mounts every day. We were wrong about the human spirit.
According to the Supreme leader of the Iranian Republic, it is time for to place the blame for the Iranian uprising on Israel…where it is deserved. It is Israel’s fault that the Iranian Regime spent billions of dollars in trying to destroy the Jewish State. Apparently, it is Israel’s fault that the Iranian regime needed to set up terror networks world-wide to undermine the West to make it ripe for fundamentalist Islam. It was of course, Israel’s fault that the money which belonged to the people of Iran was diverted to such a Holy cause. Apparently, if Israel did not exist… there would have been plenty of money for the people of Iran. Israel was without a doubt, the cause of the Iranian water shortage. After all, if the Ayatollah had to send billions of dollars to his warriors in Hezbollah, Hamas and the other tentacles of terror, how could anyone expect there to be funds available for desalination plants or the importing of drinking water? Of course -it is clearly Israel’s fault that the Iranian currency plummeted by two-thirds… and the reason why women’s rights were denied to them by the regime…and why millions of Tehran citizens were told they must leave the capital city before it implodes. It is all Israel’s fault … for merely existing. If only our little country was willing to allow its erasure from the world map… everything would be fine and the people of Iran would not be in this dire situation!
That is certainly one explanation for the world to ponder. And here is another: The barbaric attacks on Israel on October 7th, 2023 were planned, plotted, directed, financed and implemented by the Ayatollah’s regime. What resulted was not only the heartbreak caused by the ensuing butchery of innocents by Hamas and their co conspirators …but a rebirth of courage and purpose for the Jews of Israel in pursuit of their survival. Two years of a war from hell, where all the billions spent by the Ayatollah’s regime to destroy the tiny Jewish nation which it could not tolerate in its midst, was perpetrated at the expense of the Persian people who asked for nothing of the sort. They witnessed our courage and took fortitude in knowing that the impossible is utterly … achievable. It requires valor and sacrifice to take power away from the tyrants with guns who will use them indiscriminately to quell dissent. The Iranian people saw our sacrifice, and understood that there are moments in life, when there are no options. This current uprising in Iran is such a moment.
The war between Israel and all of Iran’s proxy nations…the ring of fire nations primed by the Ayatollah’s regime to destroy Israel… taught the Iranian people an important lesson. The impossible can be achieved. It requires passion, dedication and a willingness to sacrifice. That is exactly why Israel is responsible for inspiring the courageous behavior we are witnessing in Iran at this moment in time.
When Israel was attacked on October 7th, 2023… the entire world changed. Those who did not realize it were simply missing the most dramatic event in modern history and its impact on the 21st century. It was the beginning of a political tsunami which no one could have predicted… except those who read their bibles and believed what was written there. I was warned by a dear friend of blessed memory…the daughter of a great Rabbi… that the world was about to experience a cataclysm which would shock us all. She quoted Torah portions. I nodded… but had no clue that her prophecy was truly about to unfold.
When Hamas and their twisted friends broke through Israel’s fences to commit the most barbaric atrocities against innocent Jews asleep in their beds or enjoying the Nova music festival… they unleashed more than just the horrors they perpetrated. They taught us that evil exists, when we had deluded ourselves that human beings had evolved and had become civilized. Of course, I am speaking of those of us in the West. The Rwandan people discovered firsthand in 100 days of slaughter in 1994, just how twisted humans could become. They witnessed 600,000 of their ethnic Tutsi population, murdered with machetes by 60,000 ethnic Hutus. Such horrors were repeated in October of 2025 in the city of El Fasher in Sudan… with a purge of the non-Arab population. Estimates vary with a possible 250,000 murdered, raped or captured in this one city…long after Europe’s Holocaust and Hitler’s campaign which murdered twelve million people… six million of whom were targeted specifically for being Jews. Once again, the world turned a blind eye.
My beloved tiny country…Israel…united on October 8, 2023…to fight back! To survive the sadistic plans of the Ayatollah’s regime. That regime trained Hezbollah, Hamas, ISIS, Islamic Jihad… and many others… to murder us. We were initially unprepared for the attack…but in spite of our security and defense failings which we realized only after the atrocities perpetrated on that nightmarish morning, we were indeed prepared in our souls, for the fight for our ultimate survival. The spirit of our nation…of our soldiers… inspired the world… and inspired the Iranian people who are now demanding the end of the nightmarish existence which the Ayatollah’s regime has brought to their doorsteps…and to ours.
It took a water crisis, the plummeting of Iran’s currency, a gas shortage, insufficient electricity to keep the lights on, neither technology nor refrigerators able to functioning… to make life so intolerable that the Iranian people no longer could bear their existence under the regime. The anger had been simmering…but the inspiration from Israel’s victory against the regime, allowed it to boil over. For the first time in a half century… the future of Iran is being shaped by the people on the streets. This genie cannot be stuffed back into its magic lantern. There is nothing that the Ayatollah or his regime can do to “fix” what they have destroyed.
In the meanwhile, the Western media appears to be ignoring the importance of this moment. This may be partially because there is so little video footage available. The regime has shut down the internet not only to stop the world from witnessing the crisis, but primarily to try to stop its spread domestically. They have failed. The people of Iran are inspired, furious, and mobilized. They have been abused for fifty years by a regime whose primary goal was the destruction of Israel as the first phase of an even more diabolical plan to destroy Western culture, belief and civilization. The Persian national wealth, natural resources, and right to freedom and life itself… were ripped away from them by the Regime. The Iranian people want their future returned to their control. Their tomorrows are critically linked to that of the free world.
Do the governments of Europe understand any of this? Overrun within their own borders, they find themselves impotent. Lacking even basic courage, country after country has ignored their own realities. Political vacuums being filled by Moslem Brotherhood candidates in every new local election. Are those of you living in North America or Europe even aware of this reality which is unfolding before our very eyes? The lack of apparent interest from Western media (be it television or print…) is shocking. An embarrassing ignorance of the understanding of the ramifications of political issues abroad, rules the day. It is appalling to watch major television news networks far more interested in their local weather conditions than the uprising in Iran. Is that lack of clarity simply ignorance, or is it avoidance? Do the media decision-makers understand that the Ayatollah’s nuclear program had the United States in mind… not just Israel? Have they not yet absorbed the ultimate goals of the “silent jihad” being perpetrated on the West? Where are their voices? Where are their consciences?
There is at least one person in the United States who sees the big picture. The impact of President Donald Trump on the world stage is beyond stunning. He has finally threatened the Ayatollah’s regime in a way which many of us wish he had pursued earlier. The Iranian regime could have been destroyed when the USA entered the fray with its mega bombs to destroy the underground sites of their nuclear facilities. When Israel had command of the Iranian airspace, she could have ended the regime. Both the leaders of the US and Israel made it clear during the two years of war, which is now in a state of ceasefire, that it was not their goal to bring down the Ayatollah’s regime. It was a puzzlement (if there is such a word…). Why did Trump and/or or Netanyahu not drop the bombs which would have removed any trace of the evil empire’s regime? Many of us were searching for the answer and uncomfortable with even needing to ask the question.
The answer…the missing piece of this puzzle was made clear once the Iranian citizens took to their streets throughout their country shouting “Death to the Ayatollah.” Both Israel and the US were waiting in the wings …not to impose their solution, but to support the Iranian people, who had only their lives to put on the line… and almost no weapons with which to destroy their enemies. When the people were ready to demand change, both the USA and Israel were prepared to support them.
The Regime has offered to negotiate! The absurdity of their offer has been met with extreme clarity. The US demands which must be met to ensure such a negotiation require the dissolution of their very purpose for existing: Religious and political freedom for the Iranian people… the end of Iran’sNuclear program… and the end of their financial support for terror networks around the world. It is an impossible list for the evil empire. The regime is demanding as much as $7,000 payment from a family wishing to claim their family member murdered by the regime… in order to bury them. Such base evil is beyond redemption. They want to negotiate? Every negotiation they entered for two years during the war against the Jewish people was a ruse. There is nothing to negotiate. The regime will be destroyed because they must be eliminated.
Now is the time for the USA and Israel to deliver the final blow. The free world can rest assured… that is exactly what will happen.
