The left and Labour are incapable of a rational thought

My heart certainly goes out sincerely to all the families of the hostages. However, the government’s responsibility is to the whole nation. In retrospect, does anyone really believe that the Gilad Shalit exchange for over 1000 terrorists including Sinwar was appropriate. Sadly, we are not dealing with a rational enemy with whom we can find common ground. They only understand strength. There is no room for a compromise or ceasefire, only surrender so the government can protect the entire Gazan envelope and prevent a recurrence of 10/7 in a few years. Why have we sacrificed over 700 of our brave soldiers? It is to establish real security around and in Gaza – a grave price certainly but if we finish the job it will be worth it for the nation as a whole (despite the severe agony of their families).

Do not let the US dictate compromise. The US hasn’t won a war since WWII and has sacrificed thousands of soldiers in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, etc for political purposes (and ultimately with no gain and for no reason!) They should not be our role model on how to fight a war!

Calling for a general strike plays right into our enemy’s hands and only shows weakness instead of strength. Members of the union with a conscience should show up for work tomorrow and help the government show strength!

We are fighting a war against Islamic terror that should belong to all democracies. Sadly, the rest of the them cower to the mullahs and leave it to Israel and the Jews to stand for freedom and morality. But that is what Hashem put us on the Earth to do.
