When Your Party Abandons Your Peoplehood, the Choice Is Simple

It’s important I begin this missive with a simple truth: Going forward, Jews — and Palestinians — deserve leaders who can imagine a peaceful future. Not authoritarians of purity. Not identity politicians. Not censors of truth. But level-headed, nonviolent idealists committed to the survival of their people.

[SIDEBAR] Having recently been vilified by a far-left “peacenik” for prioritizing my people on social media, let me be clear where I stand in this dangerous game of cat and mouse: Jews vs. Jew-haters — or, in this case, anti-Zionists vs. the world.

That aside, my beef today is with the far-left coalition which has developed a habit of turning its ire inward. It is no longer enough to rail against Trump and his policies. The new call to prayer — no pun intended — demands the renunciation of Jewish self-determination altogether. Refuse, and the mob descends: faceless, mask-covered stormtroopers armed with shame campaigns, whisper networks, deviant theatrics, and social-media climbing tactics.

The echo chamber that fuels this is obvious. Many of these self-proclaimed peaceniks live in a loop of Haaretz, MSNBC, and Al Jazeera snippets, ignoring any perspective that doesn’t confirm their prepackaged narrative. They mistake TikTok for news, NPR for dogma, and nuance for betrayal. And don’t get me started on justifying the endless barrage of anti-Israel, even outright antisemitic, disinformation-riddled op-eds in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, and the rest-in-peace, once-respected legacy media. The truth is, the entire media landscape has devolved into a cheap game of clickbait — and nobody wins, least of all Jews, inside or out of Israel.

The far left does not spew the language of peace. It’s authoritarianism dressed up in progressive platitudes. For a group who scream, ‘No justice, no peace,’ they’ve made a mockery of both. Like creatures in the animal kingdom prone to auto-cannibalism, the far left has been known to devour itself — finding new ways to sabotage its own cause and subgroups.

[SIDEBAR – CASES IN POINT]
1) Recently, a group of trans women protested a lesbian pride event — accusing lesbians of transphobia because they wouldn’t include them in their dating pool. Need I get graphic about why?
2) Or the celebrity ‘climate crusaders’ galavanting around the world in private planes and yachts for premieres, art fairs, and assorted nonsense (Greta Thunberg) while lecturing working families to give up gas stoves and hamburgers. Need I keep going?

Before November 6, 2024, I was a true-blue Democrat. I built a massive following taking on Trump and MAGA. And here’s the bitter irony: in all my years of trashing him and them, I never received nearly as much vitriol from the far right as I’ve endured from the far left since the October 7 war — from antisemites, self-hating Jews, and so-called ‘allies’ who treat Zionism like the original sin. The very people who claim to ‘fight for human rights’ have revealed themselves as the most vicious censors of all. Our society is broken.

My favorite line of hooey this new breed of socialist Democrats spew is that they’re the only ones ‘fighting for democracy.’ They love using the F-word. It’s an embarrassing, laughable argument. Democracy? To be trotting out that word now — after losing so tragically in November — reeks of desperation. Rebranding won’t save you. Besides, “Democrats for Democracy” feels more like an oxymoron than a party slogan.

This is the same crew who lied through their teeth to the American people about Joe Biden’s condition — or lack thereof — while literally propping him up for months. Kamala and the rest of the leadership knew the truth. They were complicit — liars at the expense of America’s safety and stability.

Meanwhile, Scranton Joe and his autopen flung open our borders, flooding the country with millions of unvetted immigrants, while anti-Israel, pro-Palestinian wildebeests trashed our schools and our streets. Still are, in fact. So, spare me the ‘defenders of democracy’ routine. Y’all aren’t saving diddly squat. If anything, your little-d democracy act is busy dismantling itself.

And now the backlash is here — and it’s on you. The #WalkAway movement is gaining ground, fueled by once loyal Democrats fed up with the PC policing, the posturing, and the sanctimony. The same crowd so quick to accuse everyone else of lacking humanity has exposed itself as the coldest, most self-righteous tribe of all. Your brand is tarnished beyond repair. No slogan, no consultant, no rebrand can stop the bleeding.

And nowhere is the rot clearer than among the far-left Jews themselves in groups like Jewish Voice for Peace and the BDS Movement, who have become the poster children of self-loathing, siding gleefully with those who would see Jews eradicated. At least the Kapos in the concentration camps believed they were saving their own necks. These clowns? They’re marching toward their own one-way cattle car ride to nowhere — and dragging the Democratic Party with them.

Sad, really. It makes me think of the film Voyage of the Damned. And if you don’t know anything about that true story, look it up — because for many of the passengers on that ship, there was no happy ending.
