The Russian efforts to demilitarize Ukraine include the destruction of military installations and infrastructure, the side effect of which is damage to civilian objects affected by the  secondary fragmentation and debris as a result of the operation of Ukrainian SAM’s as well as secondary detonation of attacked weapons and ammunition depots.

This is an innocent-looking building given out to foreign journalists by Ukrainian propaganda as a damaged civilian object this innocent-looking building, given out to journalists by Ukrainian propaganda as a damaged residential building, is the facade of Artem Missile & Space industry enterprise and Luch Design Bureau – a major Ukrainian developer of components for the defense industry.

In 2001, as a result of a complex reconnaissance operation, 12 Kh-55 medium-range air-launched cruise missiles, manufactured by them, capable of carrying their own nuclear warheads were handed over to China, Iran and North Korea for subsequent successful reverse engineering such as the Iranian Hoveizeh cruise missile. They are as well as the already partly destroyed MotorSich company (located in Zaporizhzhia) also the key players participating in the Turkish UAV program alongside the other Turkish-Ukrainian  joint-and-ventures in military fields. The destroying Ukrainian military industry is one of the key reasons of the growing Turkish interest to rebuild their relations with Israel.

In accordance with visible characteristic damage, the residential multy-store building located across the destroyed Anti-Ship department as shown at the attached video is apparently affected by the SAM debrisis as well as secondary detonation.

Vera Girich, the reporter of Rario Liberty and a former employee of the Israeli embassy who lived in the damaged building was the only victim of this attack.

Four precision-guided Russian cruise missiles attacked the MRLS department located in a triangle between Yuriya Illyenka and Tatarskaya streets on June, 26. The Ukrainian S-300PS and BUK-M1 launched at least 10 SAMs to intercept Russian missiles. Two of  these S-300PS SAMs were intercepted by BUK-M1. As a result, the residential building is affected again.

Israeli reports of military crimes, massacres and damages to civilian infrastructure in Ukraine:

In contrast to what was stated above by Arik Marmor (see previous Part II) and many other Israeli journalists as well as by politicians who have already passed their verdict on the events that took place in Bucha, Irpen, Kramatorsk, Mariupol, etc., in favor of the Ukrainian version of what happened there

Lapid on reports of a Russian massacre in Bucha,Ukraine: “War crime, condemns decisively The foreign minister referred to photos from the town near Kiev, where bodies were seen on the streets – some with their hands tied behind their backs – and said that “intentional harm to the civilian population is a war crime”. This is the first time since the Russian invasion that the official Israel has used the term. According to Ukraine, 410 bodies were found in settlements liberated from occupation in the capital area.UN Secretary-General: “Shocked. It is important that the investigation leads to those responsible.”, – by Itamar Eichner, YNET.CO.IL, 04.04.22.

….even the UN Independent Commission is not meanwhile in a position to pass its sentence on Russia due to the lack of a reliable evidence base.

At this stage, we cannot draw any conclusions or comment on the legal definition of events. However, subject to further confirmation of the information received from the sites that were destroyed, the opinion of serious violations of international law and human rights, international humanitarian law and even war crimes and crimes against humanity can be confirmed…”, – Erik Møse, The Chair of the UN Independent Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine, 15.06.2022.

One way or another, and without a deep understanding of the case, the proven facts collected by the author, as well as Russian counterarguments, scrupulously and meticulously collected by the Investigative Committee of Russia on every fact of what is happening in Ukraine and Russia in micro-resolutions at the level of each individual event and human personality, often not only do not confirm unequivocally stated, but also do refute the Ukrainian version as well as things reported by the Israeli mainstream media.

As said William Scott Ritter (see previous Part I), Russians were fighting deliberately limiting their capabilities for humanitarian reasons at the beginning. They were fighting, “tied one hand behind their backs”.

One of the reasons hindering the advance of the Russians is that the Russian side announced its intention to avoid casualties among the Ukrainian military. For me, as for everyone, it was an absolute surprise that they started the operation with one hand tied behind their backs. Progress is very calm and very accurate. The Russians tried to negotiate with everyone who occupied fortified positions in an attempt to minimize civilian casualties and destruction of urban facilities.

According to Ukrainian news agencies, as shown below, an advance detachment of Russian scouts was moving along the residential Vokzalnaya street in Bucha without firing a shot, which was allegedly destroyed by army artillery.

But according to the author’s verified sources, they were ambushed by 17 armed civilians from local Bucha’s Territorial  Guards who fired the man-portable anti-tank missiles from the nearby residential houses.

The evidencences given by members of Bucha’s Territorial Guard to Radio Liberty Ykraine confirm the author’s sources.

Volodimir Sherbinin, Bucha’s Territorial Guard: “An armored personnel carriers were  driving along the street and soldiers were sitting on them singing songsand I began to shoot them…That is all…

Israeli reports of  Israeli mercenaries fighting in Ukraine:

Who are they? foreign mercenaries, as Maria Zakharova, the Director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, claims, or romantic volunteers defending the country of their birth, as the prime-time Israeli journalists report?

Israelis fighting in several different areas of Ukraine. Their private details, hacked from the Polish Border Guard and the Head of the Mykolayiv Regional Military Administration as well as disclosed by the Israeli journalists such as Hadas Grinberg and Itamar Eichner, are known very well-known to the Russian conter-intelligence.

One of the Israeli groups dominating in their own PR-campaign is shown below.

They thanks the State of Israel and People of Israel for the recieved opportunity and support fighting Russia. Israelis fighting in several different areas of Ukraine.

As a result, a cat finally turned into a mouse.

“A group of Russian nationalists has captured a Ukrainian soldier with Israeli citizenship (Oleg Kozlovsky) in recent days. The Foreign Ministry stated that “the issue is known and addressed”,” reported Gili Cohen, Israeli KAN 11 TV channel, 30.06.2022.

They have already suffered human losses. And being surrounded by the People’s Militia of the DPR nearby Maryanka village on the outhern flank of the Svetlodar Bulge, some of them were lucky enough to get out alive from the siege in contrast to their American colleagues Cpt. Michael Hawker, Lt. Logan Shrum and Lt. Cruz Tomblin killed there.

The most colorful figure in this group is the person 3 in 1, native of Uzbekistan Mr. Denis Desiatnik :

The “Stugna” battalion was founded by former Verkhovna Rada (Supreme Council of Ukraine) deputy Dmitry Linko just about 3 months ago. Previously, he was known as a member of the far-right radical movement “Brotherhood” as well as a fighter of the special police patrol battalion in Shakhtersk city which disbanded due to the brutality and looting of the fighters.

The author expresses his hope that the State of Israel will never face the dilemma of whether to ransom them alive or dead at the expense of the Alexander Compound in Jerusalem.
Most of the foreign mercenaries are recruited by the US’s private military companies such as Academi (former Black Water), Cubic, Dyn Corporation and Forward Observations Group (FOG) via recruiter comanies such as Silent Professionals shown below:

Their bonus rates are difined as follows: the killed Russian soldier = $300, the destroyed Russian tank = $2000, the captured Russian tank = $10000, the intercepted Russian aircraft = $10000.

Unlike the Far-Right battalions sponsored by Ukrainian oligarchs like Poroshenko, Lyashko and Firtash, and in which mostly Israeli mercenaries serve, the neo-Nazi battalions, ironically, are funded by Ukrainian–Israeli–Cypriot oligarch Igor Kolomoysky and Volga-Tatar ethnic Rinat Akhmetov.

According to one of the closest friends of Igor Kolomoysky, the Dnipro city Deputy Governor as well as Ukrainian ethnic Jew Hennadiy Korban, who has tight business relation with CHABAD Ukraine and whose whole family are the Israeli citizens, an Ukrainian–Israeli–Cypriot oligarch Igor Kolomoysky provided full support for the Dnepr-1, Donbass, Shakhtyorsk, Azov, Aidar Neo-Nazi battalions. The total number of these Neo-Nazi battalions and Right Sector corps is about of 15 thousand fighters, which is twice as much as the regular army of Lithuania. In addition, the businessman paid the bills of the brigades of the armed forces, which were based in the region: the 25th airborne, the 93rd mechanized infantry, and the 17th tank brigades.

Israeli reports of extreme number of civilian casualties in Kyiv:

With 50 to 100 bodies a day: this is what the cemetery in Kiev looks like, where the place ends. More and more coffins are coming to the Bykovo cemetery. Funeral ceremonies are held in haste, almost like a moving film. Since the beginning of the fighting, the cemetery has been ordered to burn the bodies instead of burying them.“These are terrible days,” says Pope Volodymyr, “but they do not undermine our faith in compassion.”, – by Ronen Bergman and Ziv Koren, YNET.CO.IL, 27.03.22.

This report is certainly the most curious  “Newspaper Duck” of the entire collection of the published Israeli opuses chosen by the author for readers consideration within this article. The truth is that according to Kyiv City Information and Analytical Center for Medical Statistics 31,480 people died in Kyiv (24,243 in 9 months of 2020), which is 13.8 per 1,000 population (Ukraine – 15.3) during the first 9 months of 2021 (i.e. aproximately 113 people daily). Due to the epidemic COVID-19, mortality in Kiev increased by 25% and amounted to an additional 25 people daily, as it was reported on 10.02.22.

Even assumming that at least 50% of the population of Kyiv left the city, the increased death rate due to the Russian invasion is not confirmed. All 27 Kyiv’s city cemetries are closed for burial in the ground due to lack of space, the single city crematorium which is still serving the city is located at Baykovo cemetery closed for burial in the ground from 1968 and visited by Israeli journalists Ronen Bergman and Ziv Koren.

Actually, the really huge human losses among Ukrainian militaries estimated by the author at 50,000 killed at the time of writing should be noted. And this figure is increasing every day, currently ranging from 250 to 900 people a day, mainly due to the fighting on the Svetlodar Bulge.

Israeli reports of the damage caused to the Babyn Yar Holocaust memorial:

"Russia attacks in Kiev: five dead and damage at the Babyn Yar
memorial site; Zelensky: "What is the value of 'never again' worth?", - by
 IsraelHayom.co.il, 28.02.2022

"Russia has bombed a TV tower in Kiev, the Babi Yar massacre memorial site
has been damaged..," - by Guy Elster, News.Walla.co.il

The author got a 360˚ panoramic video from the site of the Russian missiles hit in 40 minutes after the airstrike. 50 years ago, being teenager, he participated in demonstrations to put pressure on the government of Soviet Ukraine in order install at least some of the most modest memorial sign at the site of the massacres. Eventually, the first memorial was built to calm the Jewish community and prevent protests against the TV center under construction, resting on the bones of the victims of Babi Yar, as well as the Jewish cemetery of the 19th century, destroyed during the German occupation. The author remembers the local Ukrainian punks playing football with Jewish skulls alongside the nearby streets.

It was also initially clear that President Zelensky would not miss such a splendid opportunity to cynically speculate on the feelings of the Israelis and the entire world Jewish Community by “dancing on Jewish bones” and playing the Holocaust card as an instrument of public pressure on the Israeli government, which hesitates to make a decision on military aid and economic support to Ukraine.

However, watching the recieved video it was clear to the author that no damage caused to the old and new memorials located in at least 600m around the striked spot. But the athor was waiting almost single trusted Israeli source going to visit all the memorials on the spot and report the next day:

I toured the Babi Yar Memorial Site. Nothing was damaged there yesterday. The Ukrainians reported that the memorial site for the tens of thousands killed in the Holocaust was damaged by the Russians, but after a walking tour I can say – it does not match reality. The closest hit to Babi Yar was in the communications tower….”, – by Ron Ben Yishai, YNET.CO.IL, 02.03.2022.

But what a grimace of history! Three weeks ago, Vitali Klitschko, Kyiv city mayor and chairman of the Association of Ukrainian Cities proposed to establish a new military cemetery for the fallen soldiers, including served in the neo-Nazi battalions, on Jewish bones hidden under the the park area around the Babyn Yar memorial.

“Inter arma silent Musae!”, When weapons rattle, the muses are silent!

Israeli citizens have been suffering from a lack of trust in the media and political authorities over the past years.

The famous Court Cases 4000 Bezek-Walla and 2000 Yediot Ahronot-Yisrael Hayom against former Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu have only exacerbated widespread mistrust of the mainstream media. It seems that the current generation of Israeli military analysts and reporters who collect unverified tweets are unable to improve the image of the media by publishing populist and provocative fakes.

There is no place for the mainstream media to shape public opinion to discuss and influence military decisions during combat.

Be that as it may, and to sum up what was written above, the State of Israel and their IDF must cover their cards and stick to the National Strategy in order to survive in this crazy world. On a global scale, and no matter how utopian it may sound, in order to prevent global and local disasters, countries should be led by pragmatic and experienced specialists, and not by journalists, clowns and mentally ill puppets, whose strings are pulled by the Grey Eminences.
